Great service....personal assistant was a nice touch. Kate gave us great services. She offers quick tips on restaurants, markets, and travel ideas. Support to book a table in a restaurant, book car and ticket for us. We were concerned about insects but luckily the actual experience was completely free of ants or bugs.

施設は清潔でよかった。シャワー室で水が弱い、排水ができずに汚水が溜まっていくなどのトラブルはあった。
毎日清掃が入り洗い物もしてくれ、水も1人2本置いてくれていた。
しかし、私がパスポートの盗難に遭った。その手続きをしていると、ホテルがベトナムに私たちの宿泊の申請をしていなかった事が発覚した。本来旅行者の届出をベトナムにするのがホテルの義務だが、このホテルはしていなかったため、パスポート紛失の手続きに時間がかかり、何度もタクシーで移動しなければいけなかった。
日本領事館に相談すると今までに聞いた事のない事例で、それは犯罪と言われた。そのホテルとのやりとりの返事も、日本領事館から催促されるまで来なかった。
ホテルのせいで申請が遅れて滞在が伸びたが、その分の滞在場所も提供されなかった。
このホテルはフラマヴィラのフロントを使っているが、このホテルの従業員はおらず独自のフロントが無いため、連絡を取るのが大変だった。2度と使用しないし、人に勧められない。
このホテルから「口コミをお願いします。」と言われたので投稿します。

Honestly really the worst experience we had on a "luxury resort" stay. Hardware was alright but the software was really atrocious. Just to mention 2 of the many unpleasant experiences we had
1) the previous guest's gurgle in a cup with the head of the toothbrush was still in my toilet when I checked in. Still there the next day despite repeat reminders to clear!
2) two of the toilets didn't have shower gel cos the previous guests broke the container. Told us they have ordered & we need to wait a they have to keep to their high standard of conformity! So no shower gel for the guests in that 2 rooms for 5 days when I checked out today!

1st time in Vietnam, Large 2 bedroom villa also great for our 4 people. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, varying degrees of english comprehension which wasn't that much of a negative & was more than compensated by their fantastic customer service, nothing was a problem. They would help organise day trips, tell you which shopping malls were best & got the right Grab at the right price. Beautiful villa and clean beach. Garden design is also beautiful with various trees and safe to stay here.

Great for family vacation. Staff, Kate covered almost everything that I need during stay. We stayed in a villa right near Furama Villas main pool, which was perfect for our group. Traveling with a baby meant spending a lot of time in the room and this is perfect for it. We can use kitchen appliances for simple cooking. Would definitely recommend for family trips.

가족이 가는 여행이라 예약해놓고도 괜히 걱정이 많았는데 그런 것들이 다 무색했던 곳이었습니다 깨끗하고 관리도 잘 돼있고 직원들도 정말 친절했고요 필요한 것은 요청하면 다 해주었어요 수영장에서 놀 수 있다니 특별한 경험이었고 아이들도 정말로 좋아했습니다 벌레는 개미 빼고는 보지 못했어요 조경도 정말 아름답고요 항상 웃으며 인사해주는 직원들 덕분에 기분이 참 좋았습니다.

The stay at Luxury Family Beach was amazing. From check in to check out. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They remembered everything about us during our 2 nights stay. The facilities are really nice and top notch as well. Restaurants for everyone’s taste. Highly recommend the villa for the family because you can jump into the pool whenever you want, so much fun.

It's a lovely villa with large rooms and good sized kitchen. Breakfast was good. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was also great as it had many shops within stone's throw. Definitely will return to this Furama villas again in the future when we visit Danang again.

A marvellous time and looking forward to our return
Spacious and clean villa with all amenities provided during our stay. There were 3 adults in the villa and we enjoyed down time in our private pool after daily excursions in and around Da Nang. Customer service - Kate was excellent - staff were consistently caring, attentive, polite and friendly. We appreciated our housekeeper leaving us a clean room every day. Location was good and easy to get around and also visit central Da Nang and night market without paying a lot for transport. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun time with family and friends.

Điều tôi ấn tượng nhất là nhân viên tại đây rất rất tốt, niềm nở, nhiệt tình và hiếu khách. Vị trí của khu nghỉ dưỡng gần trung tâm, thuận tiện đi lại các điểm vui chơi giải trí và rất thuận lợi để tắm biển. Tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ đáng nhớ tại đây. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây vào chuyến đi sắp tới
