The Mbis a modern, luxurious hotel with all the amenities. Our room on the 25th floor had the most amazing ocean view, and is by far the best view I’ve ever seen at any hotel in the world.

They let you wait at lobby during chek out say need to check if you use mini bar and stuff. So we wait at lobby for at least 20-30 mins. Only when we ask the recletion lady she realize we were still waiting and say check out was completed. We expect at least you tell me then we don’t have to just wait there

Location is great! There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the area, you only have to walk 1min to reach the My Khe Beach if you are here solely for relaxing.
We felt the warm welcome since we check-in, especially one of their associates Mai Hoa, she had recommended us a lot of outing activities and great restaurants, we followed her suggestions and visited as much dining places as we could, and they are ALL fabulous!! She would sometimes appears during the breakfast buffet session as well to greet and chat with the customers, these little interactions really gave us a homey feeling.
For the room, it is clean and spacious, if you have concerns about slippers I suggest you should bring your owns as this hotel only offers the recycled one, I guess it is due to eco-friendly purpose. And before I booked this hotel I did notice some reviews said this hotel might get noisy during nighttime, but so far I didn’t affect by any noise (FYR I stayed at 15th floor).

Beautiful property across from the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Lots of choices. Rooftop pools were also great never overly crowded. Not overly windy and water temperature just right. Beds are firm, pillows soft. It is in the city with lots of bustling from traffic and nightlife. You can hear from rooms but did not bother us. Staff is friendly and helpful!

This is a lovely hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was tiles on the floor in the rooms. I much prefer carpet. But I do get that that’s the way things are headed with a lot of the Hotels nowadays.

The architecture and landscape design of this building is absolutely stunning. I stayed at 3 different rooms and each one has a unique interior design and view of the ocean and/or mountains. Staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable.

The property was impeccable, modern, clean and comfortable. The views of the city were spectacular, the food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious. However, we were not impressed by how slow the elevators were, the pillows were too soft and we were woken up with a knock on our door at 6am to ask us if we were checking out.

This place is a dump disguised as a 5 star hotel. Showers are grimy with black mold, and the toilet and shower share a sliding door—meaning you can’t use both at once. Windows don’t open, the A/C has a weird smell, and the whole building feels slapped together and in poor condition after recently built in 2024. We stayed in the Green "Suite", big but still grimy.
The smug manager clearly doesn't care, and it shows.
Only decent thing? The bar across the street. But you get no perks—no priority seating, no room charges. Just another gimmick.
Skip this place. At this price, you’re getting scammed. Try the Voco—it’s farther out, but clean, reliable, and Grab makes it easy to get around Da Nang.
