Mövenpick Resort Cam Ranh

The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby. So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app. Additionally we booked a room that slept 4 and had a bed and sofa bed in the photos. When we got there they said yes it has that but if we want the sofa bed opened and with bedding we need to pay 750,000 dong per night. I found this ridiculous as we picked the room because it had the bed and sofa bed and now they were trying to force us to pay for what we had already paid for. Their initial solution was to suggest we just upgrade to a villa for an additional cost. In the end after much negotiation they agreed to open the pull out sofa. I’m not sure how many others have been pressured to pay to open this sofa when they booked the room already because the photo showed it. I think it’s false advertising and really made me feel like they were scamming us. Food prices too high for what it is too.

食早餐時完全沒有服務，人客要自己搵位，食物補充緩慢！ 在沙灘和泳池沒有飲水和凍毛巾供應！

非常不滿Expedia 內容有誤導， 1）訂單寫包早晚餐，去到酒店說沒有包晚餐，和客服聯絡根本浪費了我2小時時間，解決不到問題，最後叫我和酒店自己傾。 2）訂單是包酒店去機場，酒店是沒有這個服務，只有一日兩班來回市中心。 根本Expedia引導客人去訂他們的酒店，很可恥

하루 두끼를 포함해서 숙박했는데, 메뉴가 바뀌지가 않아 며칠 동안 먹기에는 지겨웠음.

Nice beach

The resort is quite large, when booking be aware of where the room is located as there is two towers within the property the one my family stayed in was probably the older tower. The rooms need updating as the flooring appeared to be water damaged and lots grime build up in the bathrooms. Pretty much all the activities for the children need to be paid for and the food/drinks were on the higher end. There is not a lot of shops near by and the mini mart within the resort is expensive. If they put more effort into the mart and made it more reasonably priced it would be a hit! I was disappointed to see certain nationalities treating the staff poorly as the staff were great, the only feedback I would say is the staff need to explain the deposit situation a bit better and for all potential guests the deposit is basically loading up funds to your room number. If you don’t put down a deposit you just pay as you go they as they don’t allow you to just pay your total bill on check out. The condo building does need some updating however still a good place for families.

I traveled with 3 children. We booked the connecting rooms condo (1101 & 1102). It had a washer (1101), and stove top and kitchen sink with cabinets (1102). Each with its own bathroom and fridge, bigger fridge with freezer (1101). Beautiful view from the balconies. 1 big bed and 1 sofa bed (1101) and 2 beds (1102). Spacious rooms. Kids said it was comparable to the Park Hyatt Bangkok and cost way less. Lots and lots of activities for kids/everyone. Love the friendly funny staff/drivers. Some guests are rude, loud and entitled but that's not something the resort has control over. I love the cleanliness! We would definitely come back when we are in Nha Trang.

객실이 널찍하고 바다가 보여 좋았습니다. 그리고 방 청소할때마다 원하는 만큼 물도 주셨고 타월도 바꿔 주셨습니다. 수영장도 여러개 있어 아이들이나 어른들 모두 다 좋아했구요. 체크아웃 후 수영을 하다가 사우나 룸에서 씻고 나올 수 있어서 더 좋았습니다.

어린이 특화의 리조트입니다. 말이 필요없고 너무 좋습니다.

호텔이 공항과 가깝습니다. 시설은 깔끔했고, 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 수영장도 좋았어요. 나트랑 시내와의 거리는 약 40분정도 떨어져 있습니다. 바다도 생각했던 것보다 아름다웠습니다.

밤에 도착해서 딱 잠만 자기에 충분합니다 호텔형 숙소 내부는 오래된 느낌이라 그닥 기대 안하심이 좋을거 같아요 체크아웃 하고도 시설 이용이 가능한건 장점이지만 그늘이 적어 물이 너무 뜨겁습니다 ㅎ

다 좋았지만 메인풀이 햇빛이 안들어 추웠습니다.

식당 선택지가 너무 적고 퀄리티가 낮습니다. 가격대는 메리트가 있지만 서비스퀄리티는 아직 개선이 필요해보입니다. 요청사항이 전달이 제대로 되지않아서 직원들간에 의사소통이 원활하지 않은 것 같습니다.

Overall a great hotel that lets itself down when it comes to looking after the beachside - I can’t understand why staff aren’t allocated to sort out the plastic and waste on the beach that’s clearly from hotel guests. Such a shame to see. Enjoyed great food at the Tropicana restaurant and breakfast was varied and high quality.

풀빌라에 묵었는데 모든게 완벽한 휴가였어요 직원분들 친절하고 아침부페도 좋았고 프라이빗 비치에서 파는 코코넛도 일품입니다
