Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm Q1 mà giá cả lại rất phù hợp nhé mọi người. Chị quản lý take care tận tình và chu đáo dã man nha, dễ thương lắm ạ. Nhân viên luôn lên dọn phòng cho khách nhé ạ, nên rất sạch sẽ nhé mọi người. Phòng ốc thì sạch sẽ và đầy đủ nội thất, tiện nghi. Recommend cho các bạn nên đặt phòng trước cho giá cả rẻ hơn nha, rất đáng ở đó ạ 🤍

單人床與雙人床沒有中間的通道(如圖片)，沖涼熱水是靠太陽能，那天去了海邊回到酒店晚上十點左右，就已沒熱水(無奈沖凍水第二天感冒了)。
硬件不錯只是管理不好，沒有人負責檢查，不是忘了沒有衛生紙，就是沒有樽裝水(每天應有3瓶免費三人房)。早餐是6:30 - 9:30 但要到7:00後才有食物，早餐的食物錯不錯。

酒店清潔乾淨，冷氣及浴室熱水足夠。但水煲有鏽跡，沒有風筒及衣架，請自備。

地點很好，就在熱鬧區，離檳城市場和范老五街都很近。但隔音很差，隔壁房間的人講話都聽得到。熱水很大很舒服，清潔度也OK。早餐補食物的速度很慢，wifi超級慢!!!

飯店在市中心,不過因為要進到巷子裡面,所以剛開始有點不好找. 飯店名字已改,現在叫CITITEL BOUTIQUE BẾN THÀNH HOTEL. 飯店服務人員都很親切, 房間也很乾淨. 飯店出來就有星巴克, 離酒吧街走路也只要幾分鐘. 飯店的免費Wifi 速度很快 .整體來說, C/P值非常高的飯店 ^^

房間很乾淨，但現已改名為cititel, 幸好Uber司機也知道，不然真的有點難找，在很小巷裡。
唯一的缺點是早餐別期望太高～附近有好吃的河粉，可詢問櫃臺人員，他們都蠻熱心的！白天可步行去檳城市場，換錢或逛街都很方邊喔。總體來說 是個CP值高的飯店。

雖然在入住時給了一間不是訂房時的房型，所以前後溝通耗了一點時間，但飯店人員都很nice，最後提供了升級房型。
升級的房型很棒，空間大乾淨價格又很平價，只有淋浴間排水系統不太好小小的缺點，下次一定還會再去住！

There's a serious problem about the management. I'd like to change the date of check-in, I called the hotel and the front desk told me he's confirmed with the manager so it's ok. But when I was going to check-in, the front desk said there's no such record and the manager denied his promise. He asked me who's that front desk(How would I know? You don't know who's on day shift on the last Sat morning?) And he hung up on me. Just hung up. I stay in different hotels in HCM every weekend and it's just the worst experience I've ever had.

I booked for 1 night. Arrived and they said they were over booking. Transferred me to a different hotel which it was a ghetto place. I just lost 1 night of fun in Vietnam coz they transferred me to a farther hotel.
