Vị trí trung tâm, gần chợ đêm, ngay biển. Phòng sạch sẽ, đẹp. Nhân viên đều rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Nhà hàng ở tầng 1 ăn rất ok, quầy bar tầng trệt cũng rất ổn. Lần sau vẫn sẽ chọn ở đây.

Hotel nằm ngay trung tâm nên đi tham quan mua sắm rất tiện, phục vụ thân thiện nhiệt tình, phòng ngủ cách âm rất tốt. mình đã dùng buffet tối của nhà hàng, ăn được, không đặc sắc. Dịchvụ massage của hotel oke, giađình mình đã có trải nghiệm rất tốt khi nghỉ tại đây

We got our room upgrade to full sea view room and that's really a plus. room is decent and clean. It's well located in the downtown and right in front of the long beach, and sunbeds are reserved for use. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under maintenance and cars roaring in the main road facing the hotel can be quite noisy during the day.

the hotel is great! we got free upgrade becoz of birthday! staff ate so helpful and frdly, our room's ocean view is nice and the breakfast r good as well! We will come back and choose Novotel again!

we got free upgrade for the room, very nice seaview and the staff r very helpful and friendly, location is good which near skylight bar , night mrk and shopping mall , breakfast is gd n theres some local tour can be booked in the hotel lobby, and the exchange currancy rate is higher than airport which surprised us !

Location is perfect. Beach just across the road.
Staffs are helpful and friendly.
Before check in i email hotel to set up the room for my anniversary day, hotel provides me flowers, cake, wine and room set up with a cheap price (compare to my previous experience and prices in HK). And the hotel staffs help me set up the room when we having dinner outside, so that i can give surprise to my girl. Thanks!

泳池偏細，建議去隔一條馬路的沙灘，酒店有提供沙灘椅，海水也算清澈。
