The palace is a huge hotel two minutes walk from the beach. Parking is free and secure at street level next to the hotel. Hotel was mostly quiet during our stay but some music at night nearby Didn’tbother us. Balcony in the Spacious room with a comfortable bed. We located within walking distance to sunset, restaurants and beach strip, coffee, shops, restaurants, stores, etc..

From the moment I walked in this place has a great vibe. Security and staff are honest. Left my key in my scooter..they watched it all night. Nice food at breakfast. Top Spot.

大致上都還不錯，飯店算老舊，游泳池跟健身房是跟隔壁相連的GRAND HOTEL共用
健身房的設施沒有在維護，好幾台健身器材不是壞掉就是快壞掉的路上中...(只有幾台跑步機很新很不錯)
飯店附設的馬殺雞千萬不要去，雖然訂價很便宜，但是一去就會用小費坑你！而且馬殺雞的環境不優，按摩師沒什麼經驗跟力道
這家最大的優點就是...離海邊超近！
這次入住的房型窗戶一開就是一望無際的海景，非常美～
飯店工作人員的態度十分的好。

我住403，钱包从入住到check out，唯一离开时间是，早上游泳和早餐时间，还遇到人询问几点退房。当时没注意。过了8个小时清点财务时发现美金少了几百美金。期间本人没消费和几乎一直在行驶车里。这样酒店以后不要在去住了。
订房入住的时候还发生了不愉快。谁都知道一个房间可以住两个，可是因为我操作问题还是什么，显示了一个人名字，结果入住需要加钱。没怎么想的通。以后来旅游的人注意，不要和我一样倒霉。

What makes this place are the staff, very polite, friendly and helpful. The laundry here is returned on the same day, exceptional.

The location was great for me, close access to ferry and limousine bus picks you up at the door, taxis at door. Staff were very helpful and obliging. Room was neat and clean and bed was great (firm not hard). Laundry service was available and affordable.
