Overall is good. Staff are polite and nice. The public areas of the hotel incl the restaurant, lobby and rooftop bar look very nice. But there is water stains around the bathroom and the wooden floor of the room. Shower tub has noise when water comes out but not affect the shower.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral in der Altstadt von Hanoi – perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Insgesamt waren wir eine Woche dort. Die Preis-Leistung ist okay, das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl, bleibt aber über Tage hinweg gleich. Ein wenig Abwechslung wäre wünschenswert. Der Frühstücksraum ist recht klein, sodass wir mehrmals 5–10 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten mussten.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig, aber eher klein. Die Bäder sind teilweise veraltet, besonders bei den Armaturen und der winzigen Badewanne. Merkwürdig: Zimmer einer niedrigeren Kategorie hatten modernere Bäder. Klimaanlage funktioniert, ist aber schwach. Fernseher haben keine Smart-Funktionen – schade.
Ein großer Minuspunkt sind die Fenster: keinerlei Schallschutz. Man hört das Hupen, Gespräche und Lautsprecherdurchsagen ab 5 Uhr morgens – an Schlaf war oft kaum zu denken. Hier sollte dringend modernisiert werden.
Der Service ist freundlich. Regenschirme kann man leihen, allerdings mussten wir für einen bereits beschädigten, verlorenen Schirm 300.000 VND zahlen – etwas überzogen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel im Vorfeld war schwierig, eine einfache Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts zog sich unnötig in die Länge.
Fazit: Ein nettes Hotel mit guter Lage, aber einigen Schwächen. Für einen erneuten Aufenthalt würden wir wahrscheinlich ein anderes Hotel wählen.
