Staf hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Selalu berusaha mencari jalan keluar dari setiap kesulitan yang kami temui. Seperti membantu mencari toko kacamata terdekat untuk memperbaiki kacamata kami yang rusak.

We love how Lucky, the evening female receptionist, treated us like her parents. She shared some cookies with us because we were at the hotel during the mid-autumn festival. She was so lovely and bubbly, always bearing with her an exceptional customer oriented service. Wishing her the best of luck!
We also took a day trip with the help of a male staff, who shared a detailed info on which trip to take without pushing us too much to buy.

This hotel is located in a strategic location, just walking distance to Pho10 (don't forget to try this famous and tasty pho!) and the night market. The next day, although we had checked out in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to have a shower at night before we caught the night train to Sapa. Overall, I had a nice stay in this hotel, enjoyed a good variety of breakfast, and was very happy with the friendliness of the staff.

Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, có ban công và trang trí phòng rất đẹp. Nhân viên thân thiện, ra vào sảnh đều chào thân thiện, hỗ trợ giao hành lý tận phòng. Chúng mình hài lòng về dịch vụ. Bữa sáng hiện tại có phở, và một số món nhẹ. Nếu đa dạng menu đặc sản hơn xíu nữa sẽ tốt hơn.
