Phòng đẹp sạch và giá rẻ rất hợp lí. Tuy vậy cần xem lại vấn đề hình ảnh của các loại phòng đăng trên mạng. Để tránh tình trạng đưa khách sai phòng đặt. khách sạn Cần xem lại khoản thanh toán giữa khách hàng và trang mạng.Tránh tình trạng để khách mất thời gian đôi co. Nhưng phòng rất ok và mức giá tốt nên mình vẫn thấy hài lòng

The view is wonderful with nice garden and beautiful sunlight especially in the morning. I loved the way they structured the whole area - different rooms located separately at different level on the hill side. The location is 3mins away from the Sapa center and that gives the place a calm atmosphere which I loved it. However the services was not very satisfying. I had one particular trouble with the hair dryer - they changed for me twice and it still couldn't work. I wondered if they checked it more carefully after the first time I requested for another? Moreover, they should tell us from the beginning that they don't serve breakfast in case too few visitors - so we can be ready to have our own in the early morning.
