To say that this hotel is bad would be an understatement. The receptionist was never present, she was way too busy at the restaurant next to the hotel, so I had to wait for at least 10 minutes whenever I needed something. On my last day, there was this whole loud family whose kids kept wetting the floor, they threw trashbin everywhere, and kept screaming, and the staffs didn't do anything. This family also used my umbrella by mistake and since I didn't have time, I had to leave my umbrella behind. On a monsoon season! I also booked and paid for a bus to Hanoi one day before I left, and apparently they only booked my ticket on the last minute, so I was transfered from one tour company to another. When I finally got on the bus, it turned out the bus left for Ninh Binh, not Hanoi! I had to spend another six hours between buses and vans until I finally reached Hanoi. Honestly, don't stay with this hotel!

Khách sạn đặt 12h30, chúng tôi 15h đến, ngồi chờ 15p mới có phòng! Ko có tủ đựng đồ, nhà vệ sinh rất bẩn, cũ, ko dọn phòng, phòng có mùi! Đại loại tệ nhất mà tôi từng ở! Đường vào khách sạn bụi, ăn sâng chỉ được ăn bánh mì trứng nếu ăn bún phở phải thêm tiền!🙄

Khách sạn làm việc không đúng theo yêu cầu đã đặt của khách hàng, đặt phòng trước nhưng không sắp xếp đúng yêu cầu của khách hàng. Dịch vụ rất kém, Bữa ăn rất tệ. Mập mờ trong khâu giới thiệu với những khách hàng đặt phòng qua mạng.
