Conversed with reception staff before our check in. Very helpful and patient team. Helped us with transport from airport and happy to assist always. Room is clean, hot water shower consistent. No lift but no issue. Has a flight of stairs for short cut to the main area (near Cong coffee). Quiet area with a view. Loved it here

We Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a delicious cup of lemongrass tea. The breakfast selection was wonderful and the room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in this area. Great staff great everything.

ที่โรงแรมไม่มีลิฟต์ มีทั้งหมด 5 ชั้น ชั้น5 ระเบียงจะสามารถมองเห็นทะเลสาบและวิวภูเขาได้ ห้องพักไม่กว้างและไม่แคบจนเกินไป ในห้องมีชุดชากาแฟ กาต้มน้ำ ชุดแก้วและช้อน มีน้ำดื่มให้วันละ 2 ขวด ในห้องน้ำมีแชมพูสบู่ไว้บริการ มีไดร์เป่าผมในห้องน้ำ ในห้องนอนมีทีวีให้ดูแก้เบื่อ ตู้เย็นเล็กไว้แช่น้ำ การเดินทางไปใจกลางร้านอาหาร มีบันไดเดินลงไปข้างล่างได้ แต่ถ้าเรียกรถจะค่อนข้างยากนิดหน่อยเพราะโรงแรมอยู่บนเขา รถต้องขับวนขึ้นมารับ พนักงานน่ารัก เป็นมิตร พูดคุยถามตอบให้ข้อมูลดีมาก

Mình ở tầng 5 mà khách sạn không có thang máy nên leo lên hơi mệt. Ngoài vấn đề này ra thì mọi thứ đều rất ok, nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng đẹp như hình, gần trung tâm thành phố.

Khách sạn view đẹp sạch sẽ lễ tân lịch sự vui vẻ hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Chắc khách sạn hơi đông nên nhờ dọn phòng delay khá lâu.

Phòng hơi cũ một chút nhưng bù lại không gian rất thoải mái. view đẹp. Điểm trừ lớn nhất là khách sạn nằm ở đường nhỏ hơi khó tìm ^^

Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi khá, ngay trung tâm nên tiện di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan. Lúc check in thì hơi thất vọng, vì mình đặt phòng trước đó lâu rồi, mà phải đợi đến 30p mới xong

(+) My room was on the 2nd floor and it had a stunning mountain view looking right at Ham Rong mount. Everything was clean and staffs were friendly. I checked in early at 6.30 am and was charged 200.000 vnd but that's fine. (-) The road is being repaired so we had to take another way with many stairs to get to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious but a few options to choose. We were having lunch at a breath - taking view restaurant when the receptionist phoned us to say that we were supposed to check out at 10.30 :( He said he forgot to adjust the check out time on Traveloka. But anyway he showed no bad attitude when we checked out at 11.45.
