Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phong cách cổ điển, không gian rất rộng rãi và thoải mái. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Tuy nhiên, mình đi vào ngày mưa nên cũng không tham quan được khách sạn, và phòng có muỗi chút, chắc do mưa và nhiều cây cối. Mng nên đặt khách sạn này nhé :))) rất okela

Tôi có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại khách sạn. Nhân viên nhiệt tình vui vẻ, hỗ trợ khách nâng hạng phòng miễn phí. Vị trí cực kỳ thuận tiện để đến thăm cầu trường tiền (7p đi bộ), chợ đông ba, kinh thành (10 phút grab), chè hẻm, nhà hàng cơm niêu chạn…Phòng mới đẹp, sạch sẽ, cực kỳ rộng rãi, tầm nhìn thoáng ra vườn, xung quanh khách sạn luôn có tiếng nhạc êm tai. Hồ bơi hoạt động đến 9h tối, sạch sẽ, không có mùi. Đồ ăn sáng ngon, đa dạng mặc dù chúng tôi đến vào giữa tuần. Lần đầu đến Huế nhờ nhân viên ở đây tôi đã có một trãi nghiệm tuyệt với. Chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại khi đến Huế

We booked this hotel last minute and are so glad we did. The entire property is gorgeous, beautifully maintained and super comfortable. Our room was very large, high ceilings, lovely balcony, huge bathroom, great beds, fabulous breakfast. And all of the staff was attentive and friendly. Even the outdoor grounds, pool and gardens were lovely in spite of poor weather. Can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Excellent stay overall. Hotel staff is super responsive and helpful. It was raining hard the whole time we were there, so we couldn’t use all the hotel’s services and amenities. But the staff is what make this hotel awesome!

Room was perfect and the facilities within the room were excellent. All staff went out of their way to help us. We really enjoys the breakfasts and the evening meals. The location was very good. The concierge we met each day in the foyer was wonderful and very helpful. Thank you. We were sorry when our stay ended.

Within an hour of arriving I knew I wanted to extend my stay. The hotel was clean and well located (walking along the riverfront was great in the evenings). The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was changed up regularly. Would definitely consider staying again, if I find myself in Hue in the future.

Everything about this hotel is excellent from the staff, rooms, pool, restaurant, and facility. It just happened to be my birthday on my stay here and it seem that the entire hotel staff knew. Everyone from house keeping, security, restaurant staff and front desk all wishing me a happy birthday. I believe they picked up that it was my birthday from my passport at reception. I felt so welcome here.

I tried to arrange hotel to provide pick-up upon our arrival at Danang airport. The message wasn’t replied at all.
Nice big hotel room with separate living room and sleeping room.
Great service crew .
The hot water temperature are inconsistent. The water can be warm and very quickly become scalding hot.
Bathroom drainage design didn’t prevent waste water from flowing out of the shower room. I slipped and hurt my arm.
Location is good.
