The staff is what makes this property. The service is amazing. They booked my tours for me and recommended places to eat. They also communicated with all my drivers and ensured that we get to where we needed to go. Tony went above and beyond and he truly made our stay outstanding. We were a bit early for check in so we took advantage of the spa services. The massages were great! I recommend you stay here if you want a more personable service.

다낭여행 계획하며 고민없이 선택했음.

2020년에 있던 유난히 친절했던 프런트직원 여전히 근무중이라 반가웠고 좋았어요.
막 화려한 호텔은 아니지만 직접 손편지로 환영도해주고 그래서 더더욱 좋은 여행을 만들어주었습니다

This hotel was nothing like what was described on hotels.com or in the reviews. There was NO mention that the room did not have a window so, when we mentioned that the room was not acceptable because it did not have a window & asked to be moved to one with a window, the receptionist laughed & said there were none available. We stayed one night & the next day, it was pouring rain in Da Nang so the room was filled with the smell of mold. It was disgusting!
The refrigerator did not work so, any food we left in it overnight was spoiled by the morning.
We stayed one night and checked out at noon the next day. When the owner realized we were checking out, she actually CHASED us down the street yelling at us & demanded to know why we were checking out early.
It was not a pleasant stay nor a pleasant scene that she made in the street after we checked out.
I will put this hotel on my list of placed to never stay again & move on.
There are SO many available hotel rooms with better amenities in Da Nang, I would never again accept a room like the one I was given at Sofiana. I've stayed in 5 Da Nang Hotels already &, all were better than this one.
I've asked the owner for a refund but, based on her hysterical behavior, I doubt that it will happen.

Beste Unterkunft bisher in Vietnam, hab noch kein Personal erlebt welches so zuvorkommend war. Zimmer war auch super schön. Sogar Toilette und Bad getrennt voneinander. Bett war riesig. Jederzeit wieder!:)
Die Lage des Hotels ist super, nur 2 min. Bis zum Beach und direkt vor dem Hotel unzählige Restaurants.

The staff were the best part of the hotel from Tyson at breakfast with tips & hints, Chris overall with help in many areas & finally Nam who was very considerate the day of arrival after a bad day travelling to the hotel. Noise was bit of an issue but Chris was understanding & considerate resolving the problem.

Had a great time all staff class big shout out to Tyson he was great made us feel welcome as they all did would definitely stay again .very close to the amazing beach, lots of restaurants to pick , very nice area and's all the staff in the spa were great too best massage I’ve ever had and I have had a lot.

This hotel was nothing like what was described on hotels.com or in the reviews.
