房間屬於公寓式房型，在入住期間有回家的感覺。
但很不巧的事，在入住期間房間電源出了問題，但櫃檯服務人員僅通知維修人員，並沒有實際將原因告知維修人員，結果就在房門外等了超過10分鐘，然後整個等了超過30分鐘才將問題解決。此外，在入住期間，仍有進入房間安裝床頭櫃及擺設床頭燈的事情，對於房客來說，這應該是在入住前就必須處理好的，而不是在房客入住後還在進行。重點是沒事先通知安裝事宜，是等晚上回房間後才發現有人進來安裝設備。雖然無財務損失，但隱私似乎沒得到保障且相對的尊重也少了些。

1.整體入住感受非常棒，對照這樣的價格，肯定是五星級。
2.飯店的接待、服務、清潔等人員，都非常有禮貌。
3.整體環境都很整潔，並沒有看到甚麼髒亂的地方。
4.無線網路的速度很不錯，在房內用無線網路看電影、Youtube、線上遊戲，基本上都沒問題。
5.健身房的設備都保養得很好，沒有故障(還沒機會使用到游泳池)
6.附有兩間餐廳，主要都是日式的餐點。早餐必須另外付費購買，品質還算OK，我自己沒有很習慣。其他時間去用餐，午餐或晚餐，一餐大概200,000~400,000VND可以解決。還合理。
7.不過，商務出差來說很好，旅遊觀光可能在交通上有點不方便，離河內市中心以及西湖有三公里的距離。要來回肯定要用計程車。除非你跟我一樣是背包克，對於三公里的行走路程覺得非常OK。
This will be my only choice next time to Honai, Vietnam.

Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch.

その日のうちに乾き、チェックアウトに間に合いました。
娘を連れていきましたが２２階のラウンジのブランコや４階のジャグジーで楽しめました。
同じビル内に、KFCやカフェ、コンビニがあり雨に濡れず買い物できた点もよかった。
スタッフみなさんが子どもに優しく、安心して滞在できました。
