It has nice pool; the lounging areas were comfortable and easily accessible. The staff were attentive and willing to assist. Special mention to Thuy who was knowledgeable and provided great customer service, she speaks very good English. Overall the properly is a good budget option for Ninh Binh accommodation.

This hotel was very disappointing after seeing reviews and pictures online. To start on a positive, it is very beautiful outside and in summer I can imagine it he pool is lovely. However, there were several disappointing aspects to our stay. Firstly, the lack of hot water. I did go to reception and she informed me there was a switch for the hot water (not sure why I wasn’t told this at check in), however when this was switched on we still had no hot water for our stay. Also, until after the house keeping had come during our second day, we had no mugs for our kettle. Two pillows and one very thing blanket on a massive bed during winter, not sure why they wouldn’t just provide a duvet or another blanket during winter. The main issues we had though: 1. Free breakfast was offered however the hotel decided does not provide hot drinks and the only option is egg - not exactly a cooked to order breakfast as described. Also they decided to drill in the breakfast room throughout breakfast from around 8am until the end of breakfast. 2. They offer motorbike rental but insist you leave your passport with them, despite having your passport details from check in. DO NOT leave your passport with them, walk into the town and hire one from there - there is a great one 5 mins away for the same price. 3. Hotels.com offered free parking with the booking - the hotel would told us we could not use this but then continuously moved our bike around?

Hemos estado 3 noches alojados y el personal a pesar de no saber mucho inglés, hace por entenderte y ayudarte. La parte negativa fue que a pesar dedejarnos entrar antes a la habitación (llegamos antes pero no pedimos de entrar antes), nos dieron una de las habitaciones sin vistas a la piscina y en la pared había una especie de antigüa pintada que daba mal aspecto a la habitación. El desayuno también fue algo justo pero es una zona poco turística así que bien en general

I feel a bit bad writing my honest experience but I felt let down. This is not a resort. Positives, really friendly staff....especially when the boss was not around. I cannot praise the staff enough but when the boss is present they are not at ease & act cold. Room very comfy. Negatives, tv broken when we arrived. No western food, bad location & they sting you for 250k to rent a 15yr old moto. Weak breakfast, no hot drink included, no jam, no butter. Buffet of sweet corn & potato.....what? All in all over priced, I would not recommend, its fine to charge a premium but not fine to offer a sub par stay, worth the fee. I expect they'll use covid as an excuse....thats nonsense.

Resort rất sạch sẽ, các bạn nhân viên thân thiện. Có nhiều chỗ đẹp để checkin. Tiếc mỗi bể bơi rộng, đẹp mà chưa được tắm vì trời lạnh quá ^^. Sẽ đến vào hè để trải nghiệm bể bơi. Good luck!
