Imperial Hotel Vũng Tàyou exceeded all my expectations—from the stunning architecture to the exceptional level of service, everything was truly top-notch. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about my experience, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a breathtaking view—I felt like I was living in a dream. This is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in Vietnam—thank you, Imperial Vũng Tàyou, for making my stay so memorable.

Điểm trừ lớn nhất của ks là phòng ở có mùi cũ mốc. Có lẽ khách sạn nên để sáp thơm nhiều hơn ở các ngăn tủ để khi khách mở ra đỡ bị shock mùi cũ. Một miếng bìa giấy dùng để úp ly uống nước lên còn bị mốc xanh lên. Còn lại thì view ổn, giường nệm ổn ko cứng không quá mềm, thoải mái. Đồ ăn buffet sáng vị khá nhạt nhẽo không ấn tượng. Trải nghiệm một lần sẽ không quay lại.
