It was amazing stay with my mom. Even though we couldn’t try the swimming pool because of the weather, the infinity pool from the pool was amazing. The breakfast was also amazing. Staffs were so so kind. Would like to visit again with my siblings

We stayed at the Mong Village for 3 days/2 nights, the best part about this hotel is the location. A little off limit from the village of Sa Pa, it brings tranquility and wonderful views of the rice fields and mountains surrounding the valley. The heated swimming pool with grandiose views is also a winner as I travelled with two teenagers more than happy to post pictures on their social networks. The architectural style of the hotel and bungalows fits perfectly with the landscape. The personnel of the resort is very nice and very helpful as they care to every aspects of your stay and propose themselves to arrange guided treks in the nearby villages. Included breakfast is very good and restaurant is ok too for dinner. Rooms are nice, a bit old but this can bring charm. Overall we spent there a fantastic moment and I would recommend to anybody!

We loved out stay at this hotel! Amazing view from the room on the rice fields terraces and the mountains. Very clean and beautiful facilities. We initially didn’t get the room we booked but after telling the staff they moved us the next day (we arrived in middle of the night) and offered a voucher for the restaurant. The delicious breakfast is offering a nice panel of vietnamese food, that’s what we wanted and loved it! It’s a 5 min drive to the city I highly suggest renting a motorbike as it will save you from expensive taxi rides :)

It is away from the town centre but the fantastic padi scenery makes up for it. Food is comfortable. Take note not to leave the balcony doors open if you do not wish to have mosquitoes/insects in the room.

Tôi có lưu trú 2 đêm ở đó vào ngày 6/7/8 tháng 12/2024 . Giá cho hai đêm là 9tr5 và khi nhân viên quẹt thẻ ko biết vô tình hay cố ý đã quẹt thành 95tr. Và giờ resort ko trả lại tôi, viện rất nhiều lý do để không trả lại. Trong khi lỗi đâu phải do tôi đâu. Thật sự quá tệ . Cứ hẹn hết ngày nọ đến ngày kia, xong lấy lý do đủ thứ, mình nt gọi điện giờ còn ko thèm trả lời.

Hạng deluxe double của mình lại là 2 giường đơn vs đệm đơn ghép vào phủ ga đôi . Mỗi thế thôi vì nhân viên thật thà với nhiệt tình,ở 3n2d mà ăn đủ combo mưa,mù,rét luôn nên ko có j để nói thêm😂,à còn ăn sáng so vs mức giá phòng thì hơi hạn chế,2 bữa sáng gần như ko thay đổi và ít món 🤔

Phòng quá nhỏ, vừa tối vừa muỗi, ở đêm mà cúp điện 7-8 lần. Đồ ăn tạm được, nói chung một trải nghiệm stress thêm !!!

Đồ ăn sáng không đa dạng, phòng nhỏ xíu so với hình ảnh, ổ điện trong nhà vệ sinh bị chập do phòng ẩm vì thời tiết..Những yêu cầu đặc biệt trong booking không được thực hiện. Nói chung thất vọng so với số tiền bỏ ra..

Amazing property with amazing view right from your own room balcony. A bit far from the center of the city but still less than 10 minutes by motorbikes. Restaurant is a bit slow during lunch time but worth the wait because of the view and the amazing taste. Will come back!

Hotel cancelled my booking with reason of fully booked. Thanks for Traveloka negotiated. Hotel gave me a room with bad smell and the worst location. I requested to change. Again, they said cause I booked via traveloka, they already gave me the room with booking. Does hotel give different treatment with clients booking via Traveloka? I used to booked other hotel in Sapa via Traveloka and was treated very well and respect.

Dịch vụ tốt, view đẹp hơn những nơi khác, tất cả nhân viên rất chu đáo và thân thiện, phòng cũng sạch sẽ, ăn sáng cũng ngon. Có điều lên xuống bậc thang mệt quá trời 😂 Mình sẽ quay lại đây tiếp. 💯💯💯
