Nice place which is very big and clean. Especially thanks for Lisa and Tony’s assistance during or even before our stay. They helped to arrange early check in, last check out and airport pick up, also recommended and help us to book some really nice restaurants.

The house is clean. Housekeeping is good and service team is very helpful. Especially Lisa who always quickly responses to our requests no matter before and during our stay. We have spent our holiday there for 7 days, we all have a great time.

주변 인금 리조트랑 비교해서 조식 포함 합리적인 가격으로 넓은 공간을 이용 가능합니다. 수영장도 괜찮고 바닷가로 걸어나갈 수 있습니다. 또한 위치가 호이안과 시내의 중간정도 전략적 요충지에 위치해있습니다. 다낭 처음 여행이라면 추천드립니다. 그리고 숙박기간 내내 도움을 준 TONY와 LISA 덕분에 좋은 경험을 하고 갑니다. 늦은시간까지 친절하게 도움을 받아서 미안하면서도 감사했어요. 다음에도 또 올게요. (It was great experience especially thanks to TONY & LISA)

The Ocean Villas resort is a great private resort right on the sea front. It is quite a distance from the heart of Da Nang but not that long (or expensive) in a taxi. It was also not that far from Hoi An.
Jenny, our butler, was absolutely fantastic. The in villa chef cooked breakfast was amazing both times we had this and when we needed anything from Jenny she was on hand to assist. Including arranging a driver for us to do the touristy stuff, who stayed with us all day.
The only negatives is that there is literally nothing in walking distance. No coffee shows, marts or restaurants (besides the resort restaurants) so everything was a cab ride away.

한국인인 저로서는 카톡으로 세세하고 빠르게 응대해주었던 호스트분들에게 정말 감사함을 느꼈습니다. Lisa와 Jenny라는 호스트들이 정말 민첩하게 대응을 해주었고, 불편함도 빨리 처리해주고 정말 그 어떤 숙소보다 만족감이 좋았던 곳입니다.
빨래도 할 수 있어서 물놀이하는데에도 편리했구요. 주변이 모두 고급리조트 지역이라 정말 고급 호캉스 느끼고 왔습니다.

건물과 단지 자체에 연식은 좀 있는 편이나, 워낙 관리도 잘되고 청소도 잘되어 있어서 불편하다고 생각되지 않음. 직원들도 모두 친절하고 영어 대화도 수월했음. 여행의 모든 일정을 담당 매니저(리사, 빈스 등)와 소통하며 마치 개인 비서처럼 서포트를 해주어 숙소 시설 외의 가이드 면에서도 아주 훌륭한 점수를 줄 수 있음. 특히 본 숙박기간 동안 서포트 해준 Vince! 태풍과 비바람에도 언제나 웃는 모습으로 친절하게 서포트 해준 모습이 매우 인상적이었음. 다낭에 다시 여행을 오게 되면 다시 방문할 의사 있음.

We stayed at the Ocean Suites Premium Villa with 4 bedrooms. All the staff was very responsive to all of our inquiries and always very helpful. Our location was very clean and well maintained. Our whole family of 6 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this to family and friends if they were going to Da Nang. It is very easy to use Grab to get places. Our location was very quiet and peaceful. We loved having a large private pool. Thank you so much for a terrific holiday.
