Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.

Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Accommodation charges VND 220,000/guest for extra breakfast.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:30 - 09:30.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Children under 6 years old stay for free if using existing bed.

Children from 6 under 12 years old (using existing bed) will be charged additionally upon check-in.

Children 12 years and over are counted as adults and must use an extra bed. The fee of extra bed is dependent on the type of room you choose.

All special requests will be subject to availability. For further information please contact the property before or upon arrival for confirmation.

Airport transfer is available for VND 600,000/person.

There will be mandatory gala dinner (Gala Dinner Noel) on 25-12-2024 - 25-12-2024. You will be charged VND 349,000 per Person upon check-in.

房間尚算整潔，早餐也不錯，但服務仍有改善空間。我們一行十人於最後一天乘早機離開芽莊，早二天前在酒店訂車往機場，雖然酒店收費比外面旅行社貴，我們仍選擇酒店的安排，錢也全數付了。可是那天應該要上車的時間，仍未見有車來接我們，問給我們訂車的大堂員工，她好像不知情那樣問我們什麼時候要車，告訴她立刻便要後，她才打電話去找車，過了一會她告訴我們沒法安排車去機場

Michelia在当地貌似很知名，出租司机都知道，位置很好，步行1一分钟就可以到达海滩，酒店很干净很舒适，早餐超赞的，而且每天都有不同花样，酒店游泳池，水很清，渐变深浅度既适合小朋友们玩耍又适合大人们锻炼，perfect！

A four-star but definitely offering 5-star services. Pool was great. Room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in the older part of the town and away from the new shopping mall, 5-minutes walk to truly local (not tourist) neighborhood selling cheap food. We found a popular local restaurant and food was extremely good and cheap. Highly recommended.

Good service, good facilities, good value for money. Staff serve with heart and take it personally. They recommended good restaurants and sight-seeing spots, very helpful indeed. The breakfast buffet and dinner Vietnam style hotpot is delicious and provided with variety of food. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

This is a tough one for me. Great location, super helpful staff. But the condition of the room - carpet specifically was awful. There were stains and spots covering the entirety of the carpet and it made house shoes a complete necessity. Seems more like a local tourist hotel than one for foreigners. Wouldn't book again.

The hotel is set just back from the beach, but in a good location for bars, food etc. Yhe room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was ok. A little limited but possibly because yge hotel was quiet. The swimming pool was great.
