Dù chỉ nghỉ lại 1 đêm tại khách sạn Impredial để thăm quan thành phố Huế nhưng mình và gia đình thực sự rất hài lòng. Khách sạn lộng lẫy, sang trọng. Từ sảnh cho đến thang máy, hành lang,..Phòng ốc thì sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Vew thì tuyệt đẹp dù phòng mình đặt chỉ là City Vew. Tiếc là chưa kịp thưởng trà hay cà phê buổi tối trên tầng 16 về đêm để ngắm sông Hương êm ả. Nhân viên thì thân thiện và nhiệt tình lắm. Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời khi đến Huế. Nhất định sẽ quay lại. Vote.

Our stay at TTC Imperial Hotel was imperiously good. So far it's the best we had in Vietnam. The location is very strategical, both to access the Imperial City and the night walking street. The room was huge and comfy, the bed was perfect and the view from the windows...amazing. Everything was clean as you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We were helped a lot by Mr. Van Duc in organizing our trip to the tombs, and he was, together with the all staff, always welcoming and smiling.

Nous avons passé un séjour décevant dans cet hôtel. En tant que touriste international, nous n’avons pas l’impression d’être bien accueilli, la réceptionniste est froide et ne donne pas d’informations.
Les photos montrent un superbe rooftop refait avec une belle vue sur la ville alors qu’il est en construction, et que rien ne le précise.
La piscine est sale et et il y a des cours de natation pour enfants.
La chambre est en revanche très bien, très propre, mais la climatisation est très bruyante la nuit.
Le petit déjeuner est globalement bien, mais la salle très bruyante et beaucoup de famille avec enfants, et les aliments de qualité moyenne.
Bref, choisissez un autre hôtel si vous êtes étranger.

Jag vill rekommendera TTC Imperial hotell Hue. Perfekt läge mitt i stan, med gångavstånd Hue Imperial City och Parfymfloden. Hotellet håller hög nivå på service och tillgång till faciliteter.
Det som drar ner mitt betyg från högsta är att lokalerna hade behövt lite mer underhåll, det känns slitet på sina ställen, samt att baren tyvärr inte lyckades leverera enligt förväntan. När vi vill ta en cocktail på kvällen så fanns nästan inga alternativ tillgängliga. Det blir lite underligt när ingen av signaturdrinkarna kan beställas.
Sammantaget är vi dock mycket nöjda, och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Breakfast was good but ends at 930 am compared to 10:30 am at other hotels, and has limited options for people who don’t eat pork. We ordered food via room service and it wasn’t good, but there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

A spacious and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful, good choices at breakfast along with eggs cooked to order. Also kindly assisted with our onward travel to Cat Ba, saving us some time and hassle. Don't miss the show and fun at Train Street nearby! Nice sandwiches around the corner at Banh Mi 25.
