這邊在教堂旁邊，唯一的缺點大概是教堂早上5點準時報時的鐘聲大概維持一分鐘，不小心就起床了
附近吃的喝的都很好買，藥局醫院也很近(如果您有需求)，要去還劍湖，夜市都不遠，相對來說是比較中間的位置，咖啡店，鐵道餐廳咖啡店都在不遠處，這間旅館除了人手較少外，其他沒甚麼缺點了

Nice little hotel and convenient location. We had a miscommunication with our taxi pick up but the hotel made up for it with a upgrade to a bigger room.

最後一天住宿離開酒店早上，去到机埸，才發現不見了手机，打去酒店叫他們幫忙查下！他們說找不到，算吧！我肯定手機留在房間 ,不會再入住！

優點：交通方便，旁邊就是知名教堂，附的早餐選擇也滿多的！
缺點：預定兩晚，第一個晚上竟然說沒有房間了，請我和我朋友２人過去隔壁的飯店住一晚
也沒有任何補償方案，並且隔壁住宿沒有電梯，房間老舊又沒有很乾淨，隔音不好被教堂鐘聲吵整晚。

Check in 的時候，酒店職員說酒店在裝修，要求我們搬到另一間酒店入住，我們會住4晚，不想搬來搬去，所以確認了4晚都住在另一間酒店，這酒店的人答應了。可是到了第三天早上，那間酒店說我們要check out 搬回去原來的這一間。這樣突然又叫我們搬走我覺得很不合理，令我們要重新收拾東西又要拉行李走回去。
另外，我們book了local tour，酒店也答應幫我們打電話給營運公司說我們搬去另一間酒店，我們再三確認他們有打電話。可是，在參加local tour 的那天，我們等不到導遊的pick up，走回去原來的這間酒店才發現導遊已經在那等了我們10分鐘了。這間酒店的職員沒有找人過來通知我們/告知導遊我們不在這酒店，真的不負責任。
還有，我們的房間有一大圍螞蟻在桌子爬來爬去，很噁心。我們叫職員來處理一下和要求搬到另一間房間。他們想噴殺蟲水，這樣我們可以再住下去嗎？而他們說酒店只剩一間比我們房間小一倍的房間。唉，結局我們也只好留在原本的那間。
唯一好的地方是酒店提供的早餐還好，有不同種類可以選擇。

We gor the "penthouse" top floor suite over looking the cathedral which was fantastic but woken up at 5am from the long loud ringing.
The hotel seems to have changed names recently and a few service issues such as no bin in bedroom, or soap in bathroom. The hotel fixed these and other issues and gave a present and apologised upon departure.
We were in 2 different hotels in Hanoi and this one is in a back alley with other hotels and geat location close to lake , old quarter, french quarter, but most importantly the Ba Dinh district with all historic buildings.

説明が足りないと感じました。チェックアウト日の朝5時から10時までエレベーターが使えないということを、その前日に聞きました。ところが使えなかったのはエレベーターだけではありませんでした。部屋の電気、トイレや洗面の水もストップ。廊下と階段も真っ暗で、持参の懐中電灯を灯して5階からフロント横の食堂まで、何度も往復して空のペットボトルに水を補充しました。スマホを充電することも荷物をまとめることもできず、非常に困りました。きちんと説明してもらえていれば、前日から備えることができました。朝食をとるため、他ホテルに行かされることも説明がありませんでした。滞在中5回のうち3回が他ホテルでの朝食でした。パワーダウンは特に迷惑なこと。ゲストが困らないように丁寧な説明は必要だと思います。

The room was dated, old and dirty, old NASTY air contioner,chairs were old musty and tv was old only had scrabbled vietnamese channels......what tipped it over the top is when i found a pubic hair on my pillow, when i went downstairs to see if i could get another room,the guy didnt seem to make a big deal about it, i went downstairs next morning and told girl i was checking out, i showedher pictures a d she shugged her shoulders, i left for a better hotel.
I hope i can get a refund for the 4 nights i didnt stay

We booked 3 nights online through Hotels.com at Hanoi Vision Boutique Hotel. When we arrived at the hotel to check in on December 25, 2023 the receptionist told us that they are shifting us to another hotel named Vision Premier Hotel and walked us for about 15 minutes with all the luggages and our children to that hotel.
They put us to room 801 at the 8th floor but the elevator runs until 6th floor. This is a very old, dirty and dilapidated hotel and the total service is below standard and nothing similar or closer to the advertised hotel and the pictures at Hotels.com
The room had sewer smell and it felt like we were sleeping in a toilet. We complained and the owner’s daughter came in and sent a technician to fix the issue but they couldn’t solve the problem. Then they moved us to a smaller room with one double bed and one single bed for the four of us. Although we paid for two double beds.
The breakfast is very basic and sub-standard. We saw a spider in the breakfast area and the door of the breakfast area faces a busy street, a hospital and mostly they kept it open which allowed dusts to enter in. The utensils were also not fully cleaned.
Only good thing about the hotel is the location ( located in the Haon Kiem Area) and the friendly-helpful staff.

口コミどおりホテルスタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで好感がもてました。朝食も最上階でハノイの街を見ながらゆっくりできます。メニューも豊富で美味しいと思います。ハノイに行ったらまた宿泊したいホテルです。夜空港への送迎を待ってる時さりげなく扇風機を持ってきてつけてくれました。ハノイでは考えられないホスピラリティーに感動しました。
