浴室的水太小了，門把也修不好，其他地方都很滿意！

The bathroom was horrible and under construction. Not much soap was provided. Access to the location is difficult. Food and hospitality were good.

Clean room, delicious food, clean pool, fun location, very helpful staff.

Stranden är helt underbara. Enda minuset är att det är en lång grusväg till hoyellet.

Room was dirty, and bathrooms were terrible. We didn't even use the shower because smell was so bad in the bathroom. Food was boring and overpriced. Only nice thing was the beach.

Bra läge och lung strand med god mat. Men smutsiga och ofräscha rum.

This hotel is very nice. The staff is very kind and polite. The room is cleaned every day. The beach was a great location. I want to stay again.

Vackert ställe med egen strand, trevlig hjälpsam personal som tyvärr inte snackade speciellt bra engelska, rent o snyggt överallt, supergod mat till bra pris, stenhårda sängar som alla andra ställen i Vietnam, resorten ligger lite öde. Mopeder finns att hyra. Jättenöjd, åkergärna tillbaka.

Super great stay, the best deal for price, beach and away from the rush of the city yet still 15 min walk to the main Street to get fruits and stuff. the only bad point is that resort restaurants all around serve mostly meat European dishes totally overpriced also. However from all resorts in the area this one is the best , bungalows are great and nicely spread, I fully recommend staying long! We stayed 10 nights and wished for 1 week more :)

Arnaque dés notre arrivée . on a dû batailler 45 minutes pour avoir la chambre que l'on avait reservée et payée d'avance . le lendemain . 2eme arnaque avec la location d'un scooter hors d'usage ( pas de feux de route ni freins) c'est totalement irresponsable . . la suite de notre sejour c'est bien déroulée . petit déjeuner buffet varié . menage fait tous les jours . . le site est tranquille . la mer est claire avec trop grande plage déserte ..

Supermysig resort på din strand med väldigt hjälpsam personal.

Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal på detta boende. Standarden motsvarar vad man betalar för. Lägg dock några extra kronor på en bungalow med havsutsikt. Väldigt hårda sängar. Chi i receptionen var väldigt mån om att vi skulle trivas och ansträngde sig för att hjälpa oss. Stor eloge till personalen. Ansträngningen förändrade dock inte standarden. Vi hade valt ett dubbelrum. Maten var bra, frukost ingick men var väldigt begränsad i utbud och inte i vår smak. Omgivningen runt hotellet var väldigt smutsigt men nära till t ex Vinpearl, garden center pepper farm och sjöstjärnestranden. Själva hotellområdet var rent och fint. Stranden var underbar och bjöd både på bra snorkling och vackra solnedgångar. Allt sammantaget så är det ett hotell värt pengarna om man undviker dubbelrummen.

I stayed a week at Vung Bau and really enjoyed my stay, minus a few problems. I was contacted by email regarding pickup, without problems. Greeted upon arrival by Chi, with a drink and taken immediately to my room. A small garden view room, spotlessly clean. further away from the restaurant but also away from noise of the dogs, chickens and roosters. Great water pressure, hot water as well! Wifi a little spotty and electricity out in my room one night, was resolved quickly. Breakfast included, list of made to order then as the hotel filled a buffet. I was limited to what could eat as most selection has meat in the dishes. most of the food was good but the prices higher than other areas. also found the service sporadic and inconsistent. One day not receiving my drink because server was playing pool, another day they simply forgot my drink. The managers Loum and Chi are so kind and are constantly trying to ensure your stay is perfect but language and culture differences cause a few issues with the other restaurant staff. The good outweighed the few mishaps...I enjoyed the simple, quiet, isolated beach and would gladly return.

Quiet and peaceful on a nearly deserted beach. Okay food at ok prices, mainly aimed at Russians who seemed to be majority of people staying there

Bodde i en jättefin bungalow alldeles intill stranden. Jättebra läge, fin utsikt men alldeles för hårda sängar!

The beach was way more eroded than on photos online. Staff acts very indifferent and casual, and it is very remote. Good for solitude.

I stayed here last year and found it very good. Alas this year they have lost their beach due to a cyclone.There is a lot of junk and tyres that need to be removed in order to have a bit of space on the beach thats left. The rooms are great and kept spotless. The sea in this part of phu Quoc is one of the cleanest that i've seen.
