Great views, but beware of not getting the apartment youve booked.
The sea view from the first floor was my reason for booking my 5 night stay here and going to West Wales for the first time. The modern, eclectic decor looked fun, and the wooden floors and furnishings perfect for someone who suffers with allergies!
On arrival however I was told they'd doublebooked and i was taken to the ground floor apartment I'd chosen not to book 8 days prior - ground floor, inferior view (blocked by any vehicles that parked outside), no separate kitchen or breakfast bar.
It was resolved satisfactorily eventually but arriving and having to negotiate after a long train journey was a let down.
Communication was lacking. I'd had a slightly later checkout agreed 4 days prior to my arrival but on my last morning i was changing when a member of staff let themselves in to prepare the apartment for the next customer. No one had told them about my late checkout! 10 minutes it happened again with another member of staff. Not a great end to my stay.
