Friendly staff, open environment and good food, nice big room. Enjoyed the bathtub.

Mt Pleasant was a pleasant stay for us. Our only issue is that it is a bit secluded and since we did not have a car, it was a bit more difficult to get around. The great thing was that they have a car on the property available to take you around, for a fee of course. The rooms were also very spacious and clean.

The accommodation was like being at home. Very polite and intelligent staff overall with a great sense of humor. Will be recommending it to my travel agent back in Australia.

We really enjoyed staying at this bed-and-breakfast. Our stay began with an airport pick up, which was on time and went very smoothly. Once there, the staff made every effort to accommodate us. Our room was comfortable and was daily stocked with bottled water. The ladies kindly made a last-minute lunch for us on the day we arrived, and it was delicious. There is no tea/coffee service available in the rooms. However, I was able to request a tea or coffee anytime, and it was delivered within a few minutes with no problems. WiFi was available and was super fast, which was great! There is also satellite tv in each room, though we didn’t really watch tv. We had need of a birthday cake, and when I asked where I might order one, they provided a delicious, beautifully decorated cake baked by one of their own chefs. Breakfast was provided daily and was made to order. We ordered dinner for one night, but unfortunately there was a communication breakdown somewhere, so we never experienced the dinner. The grounds are well-kept and beautiful. For some reason I am an able to upload pictures either on the website for hotels.com or on their app. Too bad! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. I highly recommend this place!
