I bought one buy one get free for this ticket on three days before I went to the place. My paid ticket was emailed immediately but not for the free one. Then I contacted the customer service by chat, they assisted until I got the free one by email. The lesson I got: do not buy the ticket suddenly. But thanks for the customer service assistance.
