旅程非常愉快，景色太美了。

工作人員很熱情，遊樂設施不錯，也不太擁擠。

Rollercoaster itself was great. But there is no free shuttle as advertised and when you arrive at the location where you are supposed to take the shuttle bus, you are harassed by a crowd of drivers trying to take you. One was so pushy I had to shout at him to make him leave. So save yourself the hassle and organise your own transport. I probably wouldn’t have bothered to buy the tickets online if I knew this was the case.

The activity was advertised as having a shuttle bus from Sapa center but this was not the case. The shuttle bus no longer operates. This made us lose a lot of time searching for the shuttle and then finally taking a Grab.

very fast and trilling . If not afraid , just let it go and no need to press the brake . I think the most scary part is that after the ride when the coaster need to go back to the starting point, the pulley will put up very close to 90 degree

redeem ticket sempat terkendala tetapi staff sangat helpfull dan lancar untuk shuttle bus dari sapa convention center sudah tidak tersedia. bisa book grab/taxi dari sapa convention lalu minta grab/taxi untuk tunggu, karena dari sana lumayan susah untuk pesan grab/taxi

Worthy! Staff very friendly, they can speak English and are good at explaining the activities. They provide free lockers to save our bags.

Bisa dipakai di hari yang sama. Penukaran mudah. Tunjukkan barcode ke loket dan nanti mereka yang scan. Ada free locker juga di sana untuk simpan tas.

Amazing experience and my daughter really loves this activity... Hopefully someday we will back again to enjoy this ride.

the staffs were friendly and very accommodating. they told us to took 2 round, at first we were skeptical but then they persuaded us and we took it. turned out it was so fun and we had such a good times!

I had an amazing experience with the Alpine Coaster in Sapa! The ride was thrilling, and the views were absolutely stunning. The service was excellent, and everything was well-organized. I’m totally satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. Thank you the saff for their enthusiasm and kindness.

Sangat menyenangkan dan direkomendasikan. Pemandangan dari wahana sangat indah. Suhu dingin terkalahkan dengan ketegangan dan pemandangan. Wahana sangat aman dan diawasi oleh orang profesional.

including free shuttle, staffs are friendly. The information signs are clear, turnover was quite quick, so the queue wasn't long. the coaster itself is superb and you should try at least once. They provided the photo service if you're interested; which captured your moments during the ride.

Nơi đây chỉ chơi xe trượt thôi, trượt xuống rồi lên, không có nơi tham quan chụp ảnh. Xe trượt mới, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Có xe trung chuyển từ Sapa đến nơi trượt.
