Everything from Traveloka’s side is great except the actual experience in Diag is terrible! When we registered with Traveloka, I assumed they got our information. But when we came there, we had to fill in the form again. After that, we’ve waited for like more than 1 hour just to get a 1 min test. Diag staff is the worst! They are so slow. Thanks.

The fact that the result was sent to SMS and I did’t need to stay there to wait for a result, it was great. Simple and easy. Overall I had to wait for 30-40 min to test. I am satisfied and the price is affordable
