there’s definitely room for improvement: area, lighting, route, guide’s availability. though the guides are super friendly, they’re more of a security rather than a coach for us guest. the shoes smells quite bad, routes for bouldering are very limited. if you want to do top-rope (still using manual) then go for it, but not recommended for bouldering. overall, just an okay experience. glad it’s cheap tho

Powder pouch was limited and all customers share the same pouch. Was a bit understaffed that we had to wait for the instructor to come because he was serving other customer downstairs. Despite all that, great knowledge by the staff and everyone was helpful. Definitely considering coming back

Staffs in Peak To Peak are experienced ones. They will share a lot of information about how to do the climbing, you just ask them. They will encourage you when you think you can't do the climb. They will help you if you want some goals to achieve. You don't have to worry about safety because the gears are good and the staffs will make sure your safety.

Senang sekali bisa belajar climbing yang benar dengan instruktur yang sabar. Walaupun tangan lemes banget, tapi pasti bakal balik lagi ke peak to peak biar semakin kuat hahaha. Masih ada utang sama masnya di level 6
