协调性差，很难找到旅游和旅行社，前一天没有确认，我们不得不一直打电话给旅行社。至于船，当我们离开巴厘岛时，船员说我们可以坐在上面，但直到我们到达努沙佩尼达岛，我们才坐在下面，一点都不喜欢，很失望。

应向导游提供联系电话，反之亦然，这样才清楚。游客很多的时候，很难找到导游，我们因为讲解不清楚而错过了2.5个小时，浪费了时间。经纪人也没有给出任何解释，这让人感到困惑。

Terrible and unprofessional operator – absolutely not recommended. The process of exchanging the voucher was unclear and poorly organized, with no proper instructions provided from the start. I booked an additional hotel pickup service, but they failed to inform me in advance that payment had to be made in cash, forcing me to make an unplanned trip to an ATM. Upon arriving at Nusa Penida port, we had to wait because our driver was not present; he later informed us that he had just been notified. Additionally, there was an unexpected cash-only entrance fee for the island, which should have been included in the package. While the driver was alright and helped us take photos, the overall experience was so frustrating that we decided to cut our trip short and leave early. To make matters worse, we waited around 45 minutes at the agency’s waiting area, which lacked sufficient seating, forcing us to stand the entire time. And it didn’t stop there – I’m writing this review while stranded in the middle of the sea because the speed boat broke down. This was the final straw in what was already a disastrous day. Save your money and choose a more reliable operator. This package completely ruined our day.
