我很高興能參加這次開放式旅行。到目前為止，體驗非常愉快。只是有點惱火的是，我的朋友落了一條毛巾，後續處理花了很長時間。我到櫃檯詢問時，被告知隔天再來。第二天我又去了，雖然昨天已經問過船長了，但我還是再次詢問。 希望以後情況會好轉。

照片拍得不好，影片也拍得不好，我甚至連一個都沒有。

Affordable snorkelling trip suitable for total beginners like me, and delivers pretty much all that it promises. I like that they have a GoPro ready to help take your pictures although the picture quality is not always ideal (totally understandable given the situation). I do feel the brief stop at Gili Meno and Gili Air were a bit underwhelming, because the baby turtle farm at G. Meno was very simple and could have easily been skipped, while the lunch break at G. Air was a bit sneaky, because we were taken to a “tourist” restaurant with relatively high prices and mediocre food, and are (theoretically) not allowed to eat somewhere else if you don’t want to be left behind (alternative restaurants at G. Air are a bit far from the boat stop)

Berangkat on time, 3 spot snorkeling dan per tempat kurang lebih 20-30 menit, kurang lama kalau mau explore tapi cukup kalau mengingat budget, cukup untuk experience.

The private trip is. very suitable those who brings kids. You can get flexible schedule where to and how long. However, the tour guide does not bring us to Gili Air with reason of erosion sand, sadly we dont have experience visiting Gili Air. Other than that the tour guides were very helpful and good at underwater videography.

the overall tour went great and we got a chance to see turtle in the sea. however, they threw us into some unnamed lunch spot in Gili Air, with some other groups, where the food was bad and overpriced, it also took ages to come out. I suggest if you take this trip, just go somewhere else nicer. and for the guide tour, please fix this.

Benernya spot2 nya bagus, cuma sayang banget rame, karena bebarengan dng tour lainnya, jd pas di lautnya hasil foto2 dan video kurang bagus, dari crew juga videonya cuma 2 detikan aja dan fotonya juga buram karena buru2, jadi kurang kelihatan bagus hasilnya. Mungkin untuk dokumentasi bisa direkamin agak lebih lama, supaya ada kenangannya,

it was a nice experience, hopping at 3 different snorkeling spots. the underwater temple, sea turtles are amazing. the guides were friendly and helpful.

We booked a private tour for 2 people. The tour started almost one hour late. The snorkling experience is nice, but the guide didn’t stop telling us how little money he got from doing his job. We stopped in Gili Mano for lunch, and we realized that the money we put in our bag is gone. There are only 2 of us and 2 guides in the boat, and we demanded explaination. They refused to admit anything and bring their religion into the discussion (which is out of context), when we arrived back in the port, their boss defended them saying they have been working for him for a long time. We are sure we had the money in the bag as before leaving we ask the guide to buy bread and we saw that money in the bag. We dont want to ruin the vacation, so we just say “ok”. We left tips to them for the photos and videos they take, but this whole thing kind of ruined our day. Also the tour is supposed to be 5 hours, but we did only three hours.

Snorkelingnya bagus! Waktu bermainnya cukup! Petugasnya ramah. Tetapi tidak berangkat waktu yang tepat.

peralatan bagus dan kengkap, hanya saja pemandu dalam.memeberikan instruksi sebaiknya dalam bahasa.jangan hanya bahasa Inggris saja karena.tidak.semuanya faham.bhs Inggris...peserta kebanyakan turis Asing.jadi., ada.dua tour guide mengatasi1.sekitar 35 peserta. Untuk.yang blm.biasa.snorkeling.lebih baik.mengambil.privat tour...Ada.pemandu yg baik.banget mau mendampingi saat snorkling di.satu lokasi.......pastikan bisa.berenang
