It was a wonderful trip. The driver Arjana is friendly and punctual, he picked us up on time and drove nice! The jeep driver as well as our guide Komo, he is really a warm person, he brought us warm breakfast, kept us safe and picked good spots for photos. Speaking of photos, he took a lot of Great photos of us, before and after sunrise and also in black lava, I would say his photography skill is professional!!! The photos are like capture from movies!!! Highly recommanded this package and our guide Komo!!!

It was amazing! Our tour guide, Komo, was very pleasant and fun. He took great pictures of us and extremely knowledgeable about the area. The Jeep was in good condition and the overall trip was a nice experience. Highly recommended! In the pictures: Mas Komo in Black Lava :))

The jeep car was broken. And no breakfast as mentioned in the tour itinerary. The jeep driver seemed so unsure about everything.

Sari was a great driver and got us to mount batur safely. She was very friendly and it was great talking to her about Bali and learning more. Ayu was our trekking guide and she was also very friendly and a great guide. She offered many breaks as needed and was very good about checking in on us at the more difficult or slippery parts. The sun rise was also beautiful to watch and afterwards we went to the hot springs to relax after the hike for about an hour. Sari also took us to the coffee plantation and Rice Fields after which was very nice of her since we hadn't seen those yet on our trip.

kali pertama nulis review karna emang pelayanannya terbaik. diantar jemput sama driver (recommended: yoga) tepat waktu, perjalanan smooth ga bikin mual, ga perlu nggu lama diantar selamat sampai balik lagi ke rumah. sampai disana dpt guide (recommended: margi) yang ga cuma bantu pas di jalan tapi juga bisa ambil spot foto n cinematic video yg bagus kyk sewa photographer, bisa diajak becanda n penyabar juga, salah satu yang bikin perjalanan ga bosen n jadi asik. biasanya paling gasuka ikut packaging gini tp waktunya ga di kejar, sesuai kemampuan peserta.

Recommended banget buat traveler. Guide sangat ramah dan siap membantu untuk shot photo. thank you
