The staff was very kind and helpful. I arrived early and he helped me get an earlier bus to go to my hotel. It goes to several big hotels in the middle of Tokyo. It took me only 5 min to my hotel from one of the stops. Very recommended for those who bring a lot of luggage and traveling alone.

Went to tokyo by the end of May and went back to Indonesia on early June. I took the round bus from Narita to Imperial Hotel because my hotel was right across from the Imperial Hotel. I didn't know that it was specifically provided for the Imperial Hotel's guests, but I went there anyway. The staff at the Imperial Hotel were very helpful, I felt sorry for troubling them. Maybe next time I'll just go to the Tokyo bus station and ride a taxi from there to the destined hotel. Been recommending this bus service to my friends who are planning their trip to Japan. The buses were clean, comfortable, very punctual, the staff were super polite, and the wifi worked well (although you need to connect your SNS account first in order to use it, kinda troubling when you have a connection problem). Overall, I love it!
