I'll start with the positives: - Breakfast was excellent and the staff at breakfast was very helpful/attentive. - Check in was fine. Then the neutral: - Location was just fair - Hotels.com was pushing this property in each search and I should have done more homework to ensure I was closer to points of interest and dining options. Now the negative: - The air conditioning in my room did not work from the moment I checked-in. I went to the front desk to have it corrected as I was leaving for a walk. Upon returning two hours later, it was not fixed. No call. No message. No apology. No followup. - The walls are paper thin. From the moment I arrived, I heard conversations in the hallway and neighboring rooms, and constantly heard furniture being moved around in the room above me. The very least I should expect is a working air conditioner. Especially during the summer. And some sense of peace and quiet.

Très bon séjour mais pas de piscine ni de spa pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et à ce prix élevé . Les chambres sont très correctes mais la encore, un peu petites pour le prix .. Tout le reste est très bien.

Very comfortable hotel. Location is good, a bit away from the most touristy areas but convenient to everything by bus or walking. Lots of great coffee shops and bakeries nearby. Air conditioning was a bit weak (we stayed there during a heat wave), but all in all we had a nice stay.

Wir empfanden das Hotel als in die Jahre gekommen, der Check-In Prozess ging wortlos über die Bühne, die Zimmer sind so lala ausgestattet. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel hätten wir def. mehr erwartet.

Personnels tous très disponibles. Parking, chambre, literier et installations au top. Bonne localisation par rapport au centre ville et au stade Anoéta par de nombreuses lignes de bus. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner du dimanche matin. Il y avait une forte affluence et les deux machines étaient régulièrement en dérangement et le personnel semblait démuni par rapport à ces pannes. Ils étaient 3 au total pris par l’accueil et le pointage des arrivants, par le service et le débarras des tables, etc. C'est bien dommage par rapport au standing de l'établissement et le prix du petit déjeuner.

Bonjour,,bon séjour, personnel assez aimable pour cause la barrière de la langue,parking bien accessible mais mal indiqué à l arrivée mais un peu cher,petit déjeuner copieux mais longue attente pour un café machine en attente.Point positif ,hôtel calme et bien situé par rapport au Stade dAnoeta.

Great location and excellent room! Sleek styling with great flow spaces. Nice to have the cafeteria at street level for tired travelers. Very professional staff. Super comfortable bed and great shower.
