I had such a lovely stay at Pan Pacific. From the moment I arrived, the staff were great! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable – I especially loved the little touches. The facilities were excellent, and everything about my stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. I would happily return and highly recommend Pan Pacific to anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

Service team at the front desk was excellent, even though the lobby was under renovation. Overall experience was good. In the bar, the girl was not very friendly and had that look: "Give me the money first before I serve."

The reception team member was very nice, and so was the concierge team. I felt bad for the poor barista as she was by herself and there was a long queue. I was there for a conference and dinner, which was slightly disappointing with hardly any service. No one came to the table to serve drinks or check. They had 2 bottles on the table for 10 people, so literally 1 and a bit drink each, and once we ran out there was no top up. We had to knock on the BOH door to get some drinks, which they were reluctant to serve as if they have to pay for it. The last time I was at this hotel was in 2014, and service used to be good in the conference space, but this time it was very poor. But on a positive note, as I mentioned before, the front office staff was very pleasant to deal with, so well done to them, and the barista did well under pressure, but please provide her some support in the busy times. (Please note below service rating is only for the Banquet space and not other outlets, housekeeping, or the Front office).

The best service I have received ever from a hotel. Celebrated my sis birthday there and got 3 cakes out of which 2 were complementary from the hotel and hotel staff. Special mention to Rohan, Sharon, Beleria & many other staff there, sorry forgot the names. Thanks for making our stay soo soo special. We will definitely be back just to see you guys.
