I was woken up in my sleep. There was no Do Not Disturb sign outside, but they still opened your door. I was scared to death.

Everything was great, all comfortable and a excellent service

The lady in the front was rude, when i do chele in. But the lady when i do chek out was very nice and gentle.

Overall our stay was wonderful.

It was great for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good

The door locks were not working properley and moreover, there were noises all the night not able sleep properley.

Great stay, easy shuttle and check in, they graciously kept the restaurant kitchen open until 11 to accommodate us with late arrivals.

Despite checking out early in the morning, the service was satisfactory. Thank you.

Not impressed. Paid over $160 for the room that you cannot check into until 4pm or later but have to be out by 11am, only to find out that self parking outside in their potholed riddled parking lot would cost an additional $16 for the overnight stay. The rooms are also dated and based on the amount of dust that was transferred to my t-shirt from the curtains when I looked out the window, the rooms are not well cleaned. Management needs to step it up!

Needs to be updated. Also You can tell the lack of personnel. They 5 or 6 employees running everything. Your room doesn’t even get clean on a daily basis

The room was really modernized. Supper clean and I had a wonderful view of the Airport so I got to see the plans come and go.

Clean room only thing missing is a microwave

The main lobby is so open and comfortable, clean, and cozy to. My stay was due to being a traveler in distress due to flight cancellations. So you can see the stress level increase there. But all of that was wiped away once I was giving a room key. The staff had personal amenities brought to my room as I without personal luggage . Great staff and even a better hotel, for you Bonvoy members the club lounge treatment was outstanding. If you ever are stranded in DFW Airport this the place to book a room for the day.
