Menyenangkan, dari mulai penjemputan di bandara sampai kembali ke airport, bahkan mereka bersedia antar jaket suami yang tertinggal di kamar, walau ada biaya, no probs. Bertemu pa Azis driver hotel yang friendly. Hotel berada di pusat kota

All good, just the bed is getting aging!

It has iron, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. The food was varied. You can take water (cold, hot, normal, sparkling) on the dispenser. Overall is good.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The bed is super comfortable. The swimming pool is fun for the children. They love watching monkeys while swimming in the pool. The breakfast was also delicious. The receptionist and the bellboy were very friendly. It is located near to the famous landmarks in Brunei such as Royal Regalia Brunei. All in all, it was a great stay and we will certainly come to this hotel again in the future.

Hotel is the beat hotel. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

The hotel room is clean. Best hotek in town fot business travellers. Staff are helpful, especially Wandi at Front Desk. Overall stay was great.

Overall it's a great hotel, and they have got very friendly and helpful staffs.

A 5 stars hotel should be gives a great services. And Radisson Hotel management did it well.
