Disgusting

Horrible!! I paid for the room online but there was nothing on the website about a deposit. Wouldn't even let me use the bathroom before I paid the deposit. Then, after I finally figured out the deposit to get into the room, they didn't take tap and pay. It was 2 am and I decided it wasn't worth paying $100 for a couple hours because I didn't have the extra money to pull it out of ATM, then get told I had to get my refund from the third party, and I asked if since we were having to stay in our van if we could stay in the parking lot and was sent away, then this morning I find out that the hotel won't refund my money when I didn't even set one foot in a room. Never will use them again. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Terrible stay. Adult size roaches in room. Room was dirty. Towels terrible. Did not get sleep!

I felt uncomfortable in the room, mainly dirty roach infested, not something I paid for, I’m very unhappy, also I need to speak to a corporate Person about how can we fix this issue

When we turned the lights on roaches ran off the bed! Roaches in bathtub. All over room. We left less than 2 mins after walking in our room. DO NOT STAY HERE

Dogs barking, and not the proper comforter dirty towels, and dirty items left behind

There was no pool as advertised on google. Very appalled by the condition of the place. Diseased looked

My start was fine until my bathroom flooded. I called the front desk at 8am and told them something was wrong with the toilet. I woke up to almost 2 inches of water covering the floor of the entire room! They told me that maintenance couldn't come until the FOLLOWING DAY! He eventually showed up around 6pm and started to work on the restroom. They moved me to a room that was covered in dog hair!! When I asked about compensation, they told me they couldn't because I was already getting a good deal on the room price lol I would NOT recommend anyone stay here!

I liked the fact that they let us check in a little early; however it says on the website that they had a stove setup but don’t not do they have a pool. When we walked in it reeked of weed and we had to request a remote.

I booked a room and it was non smoking. It smelled like an ashtray and I checked out a day early and lost my money and didn’t care because it is that nasty.

The pillows were old and flat like a pancake, they forgot to clean the room on my last day. The vending machines in the lobby only accept cash and there was a plasic knife still in the room from the last tenant. But all in aii, its what id expect from a hotel of this price range.

The cleanliness of the room was really suboar. There was someone elses garment under the bed, underneath the sink hadnt been swept and there were stains in the matress. The area has very few amenities, only a 711, a small strip mall with a liquor store, subway and a mcdonalds within walking distance
