I didn’t like that there wasn’t a working ice machine on any floor

Room was great. The lady is the gift shop did not have good customer skills. She didn’t say hi or thank you. I said thank you and she didn’t respond

There was hair on my shower wall. It wasn’t my hair. There was debris in my sheets on the bed & the corners of the baseboards were filthy. I saw the same piece of trash on the floor on my floor for the duration of my stay. The location is nice, the customer service staff were great - I just expected an elevated experience.

Great hotel, it is very easy to walk to dining options and shopping. It's right near the FiServ Forum and the Historic Third Ward, so very convenient. Staff was attentive and friendly and the hotel bar is lively.

Always try and stay here when in Milwaukee. Staff from the moment you pull up to check in and checkout is so welcoming and helpful. 5 star's.

Excellent location- hotel was clean, rooms spacious, bed comfortable and remarkably quiet. It was a Tuesday night. We didn’t eat or drink there but enjoyed our one night stay. Parking is $33.

Valet, front desk representatives, bar staff, etc. were all excellent at their jobs and at making you feel welcomed.

Great experience’

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it has been great both times. The only thing that was different this time than last is that they no longer offer free parking in the garage with your stay. They also no longer offer shuttle service but the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Excellent hotel.

Temperature control in the room didn't work well. We couldn't get it up to a comfortable temperature and there were no blankets available in the room to compensate for that. Carpet could have been cleaner. Bathroom hasn't been updated in a long time. Staff was kind and helpful. Parking was convenient but expensive.

Great location for walking to an event. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very good choices for dining nearby.

Great stay!

This particular Hyatt needs serious room renovations. It's very dated and it shows in the rooms.

The Hyatt Regency was a most remarkable stay on our Milwaukee trip. The staff was delightfully friendly, impressively professional, and absolutely helpful during our time in MKE. The HRW is pet friendly and definitely made our puppy princess get the royal treatment she deserves. The hotel was well within walking distance to bars and restaurants on the area, making our weekend cravings easily satisfied. Our room was clean and well maintained, providing a comfy base for us to return after our outings. Thank you, HRM! We will be back!
