带着对普通五星的期待去，结果也并没有达到……设施陈旧，连洗脸盆的下水都感觉要堵住了，安排的两楼，拉开窗帘看到的是前面平台的施工景象，房间有一股烟味，打开窗又被装修的声音吵到不行唯一的优点是位置比较方便，可以步行去哈桑二世清真寺和ctm车站

Totally great itself. But the breakfast is terrible versus the costed MAD290.

The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and the hotel breakfast had a great assortment. One evening, we tried a restaurant at the hotel called Cafe M. The food and service were very good.

Loved the well kept classic design, staff were always available to help, breakfast was good and didn’t get to use the bar. Satisfied and look forward to another stay!

Very nice hotel. Lovely interior. Rooms are good - business type hotel. Pool is lovely but for some reason is very deep all over the pool. You can’t stand anywhere except the steps to get in. Food is good and reasonably priced. Only slight qualm is that some of the staff should learn better English! Apart from that, very nice hotel, great location, classy interiors and lovely pool area.

Beware the FINAL sting when you check out...TAX... ! It's about time this country started TAXING other countries visiting us at hotels instead of giving them everything and including a big smile.

The best hotel in Casablanca.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great experience, I will truly say it's a 10/10.

Hyatt Regency Casablanca is a great place to stay in Morocco. Very clean, great amenities, on-site restaurants, including a Moroccan restaurant with live Moroccan music. Also, hotel has an excellent spa and very professional staff. Special recognition to housekeeper Najat who was very attentive and Omar in the dining bar area for doing an amazing job!!! Highly recommended hotel.

Breakfast was very nice. The hotel itself is a bit old and run down, but it’s clean. The shower head was medium. Good location.
