带着对普通五星的期待去，结果也并没有达到……设施陈旧，连洗脸盆的下水都感觉要堵住了，安排的两楼，拉开窗帘看到的是前面平台的施工景象，房间有一股烟味，打开窗又被装修的声音吵到不行唯一的优点是位置比较方便，可以步行去哈桑二世清真寺和ctm车站

It's far from the airport, crowded area in Casablanca, the building is clean and in good condition, the staff is helpful, it definitely has a business vibe, so If you are on business travel this is the place to go, if you look more a place for relaxing but at the same time things to do, it's better to look for another different options

They have renovation work with very loud noise throughout the morning till 5 pm , they didn’t let me know in advance , breakfast in the lounge very limited , facilities in bad shape , not Hayatt standard at all .

On arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful executive suite with access to the executive lounge. The suite was stunning and gave us plenty of space and comfort. Upon visiting the executive lounge, we were greeted by Naseem who waited on us for the next 2 nights. He was very friendly and accommodating and definitely made our stay at the hotel more comfortable. The breakfasts at the hotel were amazing - loads of choice and well presented.

the pool, fitness center and spa are great. air freshener in the hallways its too strong

The hotel staff were terrific, some of the best customer service I have experienced when travelling. They are attentive, friendly and helpful! 5 star!!! The main streets outside the property are ok. People are somewhat aggressive…if you venture off the main streets there is piles of garbage everywhere and people are actually living amongst this…at first it appears unsafe but that might not be accurate.

Front desk staff was average. The ladies at the breakfast desk were awful no customer services & people skills at all. This hotel is definitely not for families. I would say it’s good for couples. The bathroom doors are clear glass door so one can see through very clearly! Pool was very deep… definitely not suitable for younger kids! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any family friends.

Perfect location to see the sights, shop, and eat. The service is excellent - everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is a great way to get the day started.

The hotel quality is poor for 5 stars
