Great hotel with best service

Good hotel with classic touch. Fitness center is awesome and love the LA RIVE.

Incredible, helpful concierge, Peter. Beautiful property. Classic. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Helpful staff. Only tiny complaint is absence of USB ports in the rooms, and no financial channels like CNBC or Bloomberg. Overall, a very pleasant stay for us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Service was above and beyond. Would highly recommend staying there.

Jacuzzi was out of service. No hot water in first room. Second room- sinks in the bathroom- water only accessible in full blast- pipes rattled. But overall staff great! Great location. Beautiful boutique hotel!

Classic hotel experience with top service. From start till finish the experience was fantastic. This is a hotel that breaths ambiance and historic details. Service is very good and friendly. The hotel itself with it's classic and historic look brings a feeling of true luxury. It's not modern and some things are due for a replacement but the rooms, beds and service was fantastic.
