El transporte al aeropuerto es terrible me cansé de esperar y al final estuve que agarrar un taxi

Estuvo muy, lo único es que se escucha mucho ruido de afuera.

Todo muy bien

Me encantó la variedad del desayuno y la comodidad del restaurante. La habitación estaba en el piso 14 pero se filtraba todo el ruido de la calle. La mayoría de canales de TV no funcionan así como el wifi, era pésimo. Pero lo peor es que solo tienen un ascensor para todos; huéspedes, personal y trabajadores de algunas oficinas que quedan en el edificio. Muy mal

This hotel needs an upgrade and is definitely not a 5*! Facilitates are old and in need of an upgrade. Although mostly functionally, things like the shower and internet did not work properly. Breakfast room is strangely located in another part of the hotel and has no ambience. Slightly further out of town but easily accessible by transport. Part of the reason for choosing this hotel was due to the included shuttle service - sadly, it didn’t run on a Sunday, which should be made clear. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

Hotel grande, limpio, espacioso, con una excelente vista, muy bien ubicado y con personal muy amable

Ofrecen transporte aereopuerto hotel aereopuerto incluido y no dieron el servicio. Tocó pagar uber.

No logre dormir nada en absoluto, un ruido infernal en la parte exterior que hacia vibrar las ventanas y no logramos conciliar el sueño.

Somewhat renovated, large room with desk and living room but outdated furniture

Excellent location. Close to Monserrat tourist attraction, universities. Walking Distance to the gold museum, and palacio de Nariño. Excelente breakfast, free transportation to the airport and very close to the American Embassy.

The room has a welcoming living room, with a tv. a desk and a mirror. It had doors that divided the living room and the bedroom, which was very comfortable with a tv, also; The bathroom had a normal shower but also has a jacuzzi. I really enjoyed my stay at Torre Monserrat.
