乾淨舒適，停車方便

地理位置很方便。除此之外很一般。住了三个晚上，退房那天早上发现整个脖子和手臂两侧都长满了红色的包。一路长途飞回国内都没有休息好，因为来不及买合适的药物。在机场买药膏问询和回国看医生，都说是酒店洗浴用品卫生有问题导致（因为恰恰我只用酒店毛巾擦拭了后来长包的部位）。从来没有过这样的遭遇。。。体验很差。。。。我认为酒店应该有个说法，或者退款。差评。

Overall experience is good in this hotel. Room is comfortable and staff is very helpful. The gym is very morden with different types of gears. Breakfast is good but dinner buffet is not satisfactory.

环境很好，位置也不错，只是早餐不够丰富，另外前台在check out的时候 有点费，总体还不错

Staff was friendly and nice birthday treat for my son had great time got complementary breakfast for two days stays breakfast was nice. Hotel little old style furniture bed was comfortable

Bathromms need to be updated and the rooms were hot inside not much help with the thermostat .

Great staff. Clean, spacious room, welcome gifts. But it is really in a need of renovation.

Great bed, sheets and pillows. Endless hot water and really good water pressure. The room is dated and carpeted but clean. Big busy hotel in a nice location in Zagreb. You can walk to everything. We didn’t have breakfast.

The room and bathroom were both clean. The staff fulfilled every request me made in a most timely manner.

The room was very clean and well designed. Very spacious as well. The bathroom was very clean so I was very impressed.

The hotel staff is very kind, the breakfast is excellent, the room is clean and big enough, the pillows can be more comfortable, were too high. The curtains in the room need refreshment and cleaning.

Fascinating hotel, very friendly service offerings, upscale room und beautiful view, tasty food & beverages. I hope to stay at the Westin Zagreb in the future again. Warm Greetings.
