Room was great. Concierge was helpful. The restaurant was disappointing (missed room service order, without attempt to rectify). Flight landed around 2100, ordered room service around 2300. Waited 45 mins without delivery, called the restaurant only to be told that order wasn't processed and nothing could be done (not even a beer) because kitchen was closed. A little disappointing considering Marriott is supposedly a premium brand.

Hôtel de standing, personnel tres compétent et professionnel, petit dejeuner copieux, emplacement idéal pour se balader. Salle de sport très bien équipée. Je recommande.

It was expensive for what you get. Everything was good, but nothing exceptional, except the pillows. Loved the pillows.

Great location! Concierge desk really helpful for getting tickets to View and other providing information. Starbucks on premises was great. It took us a while to figure out elevators, but once we did we appreciated how efficient the system was.

Hotel is convenient to everywhere we planned to go in Boston. Amenities were plentiful and useful. Would stay again

The girl at check in was not too nice. Later another girl came in, and she was super nice her name is Winnie. She was very helpful and helped us finally get our room. The food at the restaurant was good and very convenient. The beds are kind of old and uncomfortable. The room was very clean and sharp. Our flight was cancelled and we moved to Westin Copley.

Very convenient place to stay,shop,and eat. Easy walk to Fenway and to the common.

I have stayed at the Copley many times, but not since the lobby was renovated. The refresh looks great. If you are looking to stay in the Back Bay, this location can't be beat. You can use to 2 attached malls as shortcuts to stay out of the weather if necessary, and it connects all the way to the Hynes Convention Center.
