Should tell you the pool isn’t working, we only book with pools so we can use the pool.

The Hotel was good but could not find food very close

It could be worse! At least there weren't any bedbugs or roaches! Staff was good, no issues with staff at all. But this hotel was outdated, old, ugly, and dirty. The shower had no hot water and very weak water pressure. Like seriously? No hot water? That is ridiculous. There were gross old stains on the walls and furniture, and the carpet needed a serious deep clean. I did not want to take my shoes off when I was in there. Honestly disgusting. That being said, I did find the staff to be very helpful and kind and really hardworking. It is clear that the issues with this hotel are not staffing issues, but upper management. Corporate and ownership needs to get their ducks in a row, because this unacceptable. I am a grad student with limited funds and spent $310 for 3 nights, for that price I should have at least gotten a cleaner hotel space and hot water in a shower. I will never stay at a Wyndham again. Ridiculous.

Let’s start with checking get there and get my key card walk to room open it up and right away my daughter says I think this is someone else’s room. Bed was not made and there was food items out. So go back downstairs from the 9th floor tell them about the room she gives me

We were in town for a busy Cleveland weekend, our room was not ready despite it being 5:00pm and after check-in. The staff was wonderful, but overworked and stressed. The hotel was understaffed and everyone was scrambling to get rooms ready-an amazing effort. We changed in a lobby bathroom and our room was clean and ready when we arrived home at 1am.

We arrived at 9.30pm and were made to wait for 45 minutes to get the room ready, we were offered 20% discount for the trouble we went through proactively by their management. Reached out to them after 2 weeks and they are making me go in circles and later on said that the refund was already given, which they did not. Parking is terrible and they have sub rented this to the rental car agencies.

I came back to this hotel because it was very nice . This time around was not as great . The bed skirt was visibly dirty, the bathtub had hairs , wallpaper was piling off the wall in the bathroom . Had to wait for hot water to come through. Lack of bath towels and face towels after requesting. Other wise great location and reasonable rates.

Parking is an issue- I was ticketed twice since they use a third party event though it’s free parking. Information on the stay was never provided during check in.

Rooms weren’t ready after co

The lobby was clearly new and refurnished, but not so for the rooms, which looked like they hadn't been redone in a couple of decades. There weren't enough towels for 4 people on check in and it took 3-4 minutes for the water to get hot for each shower.

This place was terrible. Checked in online night before and rooms were still not ready until 4am. 12 hours after we physically arrived. The keys would not work. There was an entire lobby full of people in the same boat as us. Couldn't get into the room prior to our event and got ready in the women's restroom with 25 other women. The managers gave us no answers and onjy offered a 20% discount.

Worst hotel stay ever!!! Checked in online the day be arrival, check it was at 3pm. We arrived around 345p, was told the room was not ready we would have to wait a little while. Waited an hour asked about the room again, was told there was 11 people in front of us to get a room and if would be a little while longer. Checked with the front desk again and was told the room was still not ready and there were still 4 people in front of us to get a room. We had to get ready for a concert in the lobby!!!!! It was absolutely ridiculous!!! After 2.5 hrs after check in we finally had a room. The elevator was rundown. The floor we were on looked like it hadn't been used it years. It was so dirty. Doors to rooms were knocked in or falling down. The smell was terrible. The bed in our room was hard. There is not one good thing about the disgusting hotel. I honestly dont know how it's still open. Oh and did I mention that we drive over 4 hours to get to Cleveland and we were LATE for a concert. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.
