As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved

Great friendly service

The places old and it shows but I would’ve been fine with that. My wife and I went down for breakfast at 9:30 and I was told they stop having breakfast at 9 AM. Who stops breakfast at 9 AM? Are you not allowed to sleep until 830? Seems ridiculous and the worst part is it was never mentioned to us. I had the ability to reserve much nicer rooms at other locations, but chose this location because of the implied value of the breakfast being included. I gotta say I really feel like I got cheated.

The walls and ceiling are paper thin and the person above me was stomping around all night, I could hear there bed squeak, and I could hear other peoples conversations. I was woken up multiple times and couldn't go back to sleep.

Way better than I expected

My family had a great time at the pool and by the fire outside on the back patio. Beds were comfy I would stay again anytime

The room was great, spacious and comfortable. Cost was very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious.

I had a family, medical emergency and had to fly out early, and they wouldn't credit me for not staying there.

it was a good quiet place to stay and super close to our venue for a show we were there to see. but I also want to shout out the manager of the site, as I had left a camera behind and she helped me through a very stressful situation. she was polite and patient. and it all worked out for me. but she went up and beyond!!!!

There are 2 indoor pools with huge slide & hottub. The hotel exceptional cleanliness, friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast was okay. Hotel is walking distance from airport. The outdoor courtyard area with 2 gas firepits was very nice. The hotel offers everything you need to make S'mores. We've already booked another stay.

Comfortable clean and right at the airport. Fire pits and courtyard nice at night. Staff very friendly.

We loved the courtyard and the pool facilities. Having a restaurant onsite is a big plus.

We stay here when we have an early flight. It's clean, convenient and comfortable and walking distance to the airport, plus it doesn't break the bank. The online check-in is kind of a waste of time and they don't tell you about the online checkout until it's too late.

It was a little noisy and not very clean, it was good price for a quick sleep to catch a flight the following morning

I went to check and staff informed me that I had made reservations for the next day, she showed me the screen pointing out how I was mistaken about the day. I showed her my phone, which had the receipt from Travelocity as well as a message from Ramada Inn confirming my stay on the proper day that I arrived. She said they were having problems with their system, communicating with Travelocity and Expedia, and in the future I should call them directly.
