Fallsview not so good Except that everything is good

雖然購買的是高價的觀瀑套房，但是只能看到局部的瀑布，而且美國那方向完全看不到，有點失望！

Everything was great except the view for my parents room. I booked them a room but they only got a view of the parking lot not the city as we asked other than that it was a well worth stay.

The hotel is perfectly situated to access all of the major places you want to go to at Niagara Falls . Most of the staff were courteous and helpful. However the coffee maker was broken although later replaced. Room service never came to clean the room or replace towels etc. We had to call for clean towels. There were definite privacy issues as our window was level with the flat top roof housing large a/c units.Technicians walked right by our window (at the same level as our window) and as a result could easily look in our window. They never did, but could have easily knocked on our window walking by.We felt a complete loss of privacy.

I liked everything about the property. What I don’t like is that I booked this room through Expedia and booked a room with a King Bed. When I checked in they said that they did not have a room with a King Bed available and only had a room with 2-Queen Beds. I booked this room and paid for it wholly when I booked it. This is very Poor business for Expedia and Wyndham Hotel. This was suppose to be a special vacation with my wife in Niagara Falls Canada and this made us both mad at the Hotel and Expedia !!

Housekeeping was excellent. We got fresh towels in our room every day. The beds were also made and the room tidied up. Several restaurants on sight and a Starbucks. It was a great experience!

Great and easy stay. Parking is expensive.

Room was clean and quiet. Excellent location for strolls and viewing the Falls.

Great stay

Our room was cleaned as if you asked your 14 year old son to clean his room. Beds were thrown together, towels were taken but not replenished, but at least we always had water bottles. When we asked to replenish our lack towels, they were on the floor outside of the room in a bag. Parking was also annoying because all of the spots near the actual door are reserved for valet, and there were only two marked handicap spots, one of which was directly next to a large window which would not accommodate any mobility needs on the right side of the vehicle. We constantly had to ask the valet attendants to make space for us. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and big, but we would not stay here again. I would say if you’re balling on a budget, go for it. But if you want a relaxing and hassle free hotel, this is not it.

Staff were not professional

Room was clean. Hotel staff were kind. Didn't like having to pay for parking.

The room smells like bathroom smells not clean and not worth to pay that much money and I pay 50$ for parking the park was cross the street it’s not inside the hotel not going there anymore

The room was clean and comfortable, slept very well. The parking is across the street so not convenient.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staffs were helpful and polite. Overall, a great experience.
