I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel upon entering, very clean and enjoyable view. Upon entering room it was clean, taking further notice the bedsheets and bedspread were dirty and no toiletries available for replacing. I did however call down to have this taken care of and they brought up fresh bedding and toiletries. Breakfast was great, no issues. Though in the morning we were disturbed by housekeeping 3 times wanting to know if we checked out yet, dispite having do not disture sign on door. Mind you check out is 12pm. So that was unpleasant, as we were trying to get our rest due to long travel distance we were in the mist of. So overall there were pros and cons.

It was nearly impossible to find the stairs because they weren't marked and one of the elevators were broken so it took a really long time to get an elevator. When we got up to our room on the 5th floor after carrying all our stuff up several flights of stairs, our key card didn't work. We had to take everything back to the front desk and have them fix our card. The area around the hotel seems a little sketchy so I wouldn't necessarily choose this area again. The room was pretty nice though.

There was either feces or blood on the night light in the bathroom. Other than that the room seemed very clean. There’s no continental breakfast but they do offer breakfast from anywhere from 9-13 bucks. Very convenient area.

One elevator was shut down for repairs which only allowed one elevator for a 10 floor motel. Half the time we had to take the stairs to & from our room, because other floors were so busy using it or it was stalled on other floors. Climbing stairs with your luggage & items was not an easy task after the extreme heat, being my wife & I are over 65 yrs. old. I wish we'd have known this before we booked.

The reception was very enthusiastic and polite. Next time I come back I will definitely stay here.

We stayed the night to celebrate my younger sisters birthday everything about the stay was AMAZING! Very nice staff, welcoming atmosphere, the pool was awesome nice and cold. We definitely would return and I’ll be giving feedback to friends and family to stay! Thank you very the great stay!

I stayed from Friday until Monday and they did not clean my room once, even after mentioning it. They failed to handle issues with bedding. We had to keep contacting them instead of them just taking care of it. I didn’t feel valued as a paying patron.

Upon arrival three prostitutes literally working at the front door curb. A/c didn’t work in room. Asked for a discount on room was denied I will not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. I was with bass pro shops BnC committee How embarrassing it was for our many clients

Cost did not reflect quality of room or property. Stains, dirt/dust, and extremely noisy area.
