$500 for a night!!! Nearly double what i normally pay. With no reason and obviously no increase in service.

The shower in our room was awful, it could only do very cold or very hot temperatures which made it a very frustrating and uncomfortable few days but they did try to remedy the issue by allowing us to shower in a different room. Once in the other room we noticed that our room was missing a microwave and the other room had a working bathroom fan which is definitely needed when you have 4 people sharing a room. They told us that

Staff were very nice and rooms were clean but our room faced the street with a brewery and the noise from there was brutal and kept us up. If you stay request an interior room.

Room was clean, desk service was very friendly, the cafe in the hotel was excellent.

There was people running around the halls and knocking on our door and pulling the handle of our door and when I called the front desk they didn’t do anything bc it went on all night until 2:30am The deadbolt didn’t lock The room was clean

After I received the room access card their is know proper direction to get to which elevator to go to the room. Which I didn’t think much of it until I needed up using the freight elevator. A staff was coming out the freight elevator and I asked how to get to my room. an ugly incident happened with the shift manager. ended up using the freigh elevator. amThe manage on shift spoke to me very rudely
