Clean rock and helpful staff. Kids loved the big poo

If you happen to deal with a rude or unpleasant person at the reception, your whole evening can be ruined. Unfortunately, Radisson doesn’t always hire the best people for front desk positions

Carpet dirty from shoes in room. Hot tub by pool out of Service. Older man gave a younger staff worker at Front desk a scolding making her feel bad.

Shops nearby were good variety. The pool andvtowels were good. I was disappointed that the hot spa was out of operation, and , judging by the plants on it, it didn't look to bd opening anytime soon. All in all, a comfortable and spacious king bed room.

Great staff area isn’t the greatest but lots to do and easy to find!

They lost my expedia reservation. Forced me to book another room. Found my reservation, didnt refund either of the bookings. Poop and make up on sheets and comforter. No cleaning service during 3 night stay. No water pressure or hot water to shower off whatever was on the beds. Mouldy shower curtain. Holes in bathroom ceiling and tub. Asked to speak with a manager for 3 days with no success. Would recommend to avoid.

Huge pool, toys and life jackets provided for kids. Good breakfast and a clean room.

Best breakfast in town

The lamp outlet was not working, so we had to push the nightstand that sits between the two beds in order to use the outlet from the lamp. My husband uses a CPAP machine at night and needs an outlet. In this case, there wasn’t even an outlet available to charge our phone. The towels were dirty (staff from main desk is aware and I showed her a picture). The heater wasn’t working when we got there, and I had to call staffing for someone to come and fix it. And both beds were wobbly. Quite disappointed with our stay.

Belle grandeur de piscine.. le gym et toillette dans meme espace cest un plus.. il y avais pret de flotteur ca permis a mes enfants de créer un jeux . Proximité de tout jai adore pour le prix.. beaucoup de choix dans le dejeuner aussi!..

Staff was great!

We have been staying here for several times and have never been disappointed. We always have a great experience. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food is good. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The room was very dated, there was dried puke on the bottom of the dresser, carpet was in rough shape. Parking was horrendous got trapped in the stairwell. Just overall not a good experiece, I expected more from a Radisson. Decent breakfast was its only redeeming quality, but it was still very basic.

Everything was fine. Even with the room being right by the elevator.

Not impressed. Dried puke on the bottom of the dresser, worn carpets, overall the room has seen better days/dated. Only redeeming quality was breakfast, but it was still basic. Parking garage was horrendous got trapped in the stairwell. If you are going into the mall from the hotel remember to vring your key to get back into the hall way (this was not marked by signage)
