Best value in Sudbury

The room stunk like a wet rag.

Nice stay for medical reasons breakfast was average not much to choose from beds were ok and clean stayed for 3 days

Everything was fair enough

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was all you can eat buffet style. Absolutely amazing . We stayed on the court yard side. There’s a bbq there. It was nice being able to bbq a few buggers for dinner - they also provide the bbq utensils too. I LOVE this place!

The room in stayed in was terrible. I was on a work trip amd had meeting and presentations the next day, and to my surprise none of the charging ports in my room were working and upon complaining to the front desk no one even came to fix those. The front desk staff was not emphatic at all and didn’t show any excitement to resolve the issue. Never recommending this place to anyone as the amenities are very very old and are not maintained.

Great value for the price

Room clean but dated. Parking is a major concern. During our stay parking extremely limited all large vechiles (trucks) had to park at side of building Friday night a truck was broken into window smashed only 2 away from us. We were scared to leave our truck overnight. Ample car parking in parking garage but trucks too big. Out door parking in front is not regulated to larger vechiles that don’t fit in parking garage. Property is located in downtown with large unhoused population

Breakfast was so good. Loved the waffle machine. Pool was so big and heated. We wish the hot tub was still working but overall it was lovely. We booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for a fifth night. Staff was very friendly. We found parking every night no problem. Our room was huge fit all three kids and ourselves very comfortably for the week. Not the greatest neighbourhood downtown is very run down and a bit scary. But we drove to our destinations anyhow. Overall we loved our experience at the Radisson!

No hot tub . Ok breakfast , nice pool. Lots of water damage on ceiling in suite . Parking a bit of a nightmare if in a truck ( clearance is under 6'6)

Included breakfast was the downside. Eggs and ham were overcooked and hard but potatoes were somehow mushy and soft.

Good food and nice access to the movie theater.

Ok

I was grateful for the parkade parking attached to the hotel. It was nice to have the vehicle in covered parking which felt secure and not being exposed to the elements outside, since it was raining wow heavily. Our check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was exactly what we needed and was clean. The free breakfast was awesome. I'd stay here again for sure
