El baño estaba sucio con manchas naranjas en el shower, y no nos limpiaron la habitación

Ac did not work very good. & there were eyelashes in the shower Couch was very worn in

Upon arriving swimming pool was closed and remained closed the entire trip. In our room we had dirty glasses and ice bucket with lipstick marks and finger prints that hadnt been clean and left over water in ice bucket, refrigerator stunk. Went down to bar VERY limited options and fruit flies flying around. The ONLY good thing about the trip was the front desk associates, very apologetic for our issues tried to fix them had house keeping come back to room next day and everything was left still dirty. I was gaurenteed a free night to use in the future on my rewards account and never received. Overall good location, and friendly staff.....but cant help if anything goes wrong because the "owner" wont fix things or buy supplies because he doesnt want to pay for it. (Saying the pool had been broken for months)

Overall, the property condition was sufficient for my stay and accommodations. The hotel should consider updating the furniture and fixtures to enhance improvement.

Rooms are very big

The thermostat didn’t go any lower after we arrived, I do like to feel like I’m sleeping in an icebox and it only felt like the fridge.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, definitely would stay again

Service was great, food was very good, perfect for location less than 2 miles from Globe Life Stadium I was attending CB concert! Only complaint was the confronter had a noticeable stain on it, I don’t think it was changed.

This location was very close to Globe Field, which was the location of the concert I was attending. The staff allowed me to check in early and were very friendly and helpful.

Had to wait almost half an hour to pay for my drink and snack because there was no one around to attend the guest.
